You will pick up your key on site...no driving and waiting in line to gain access!! Truly By Owner...no management company and poor cleaning service here!! We know you expect clean and we have the best of the best housekeepers!
More spacious than the photos reveal! Large outside porch and sunken hot tub too!!
Whether you are interested in fishing, exploring, or watching nature at it's best, you'll find it here....Located at the river's edge in the Coosawattee Resort in Ellijay, GA. What a great site whether you are inside looking out the picture windows or outside on the deck gazing at the natural setting!
Getting away can't come too soon when you have this destination on your calendar! The cabin is smoke-free, 3 bedrooms (2 kings + sleeping loft/den), 2 baths and waterfront. There is a wheelchair ramp to assist those that cannot navigate the stairs, and there is a bedroom and bath on the main level. However, the cabin is not completely accessible (both showers are tub showers, but toilets are accessible).
This cabin is cozy and comfy, but you won't want to stay inside because the outdoors has so much to offer! The river is at your doorstep, so be sure to bring your fishing pole and rent our kayaks for your best vacation ever. Be sure to plan a day on the river. The tubing bus picks up at the general store from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Other ideas for your getaway....You might want to lounge in the hot tub on the porch while the kids play horseshoes or hide-n-seek in the large yard while the catch-of-the-day is heating up on the gas grill...yummmm!
After sunset start a fire in the firepit next to the river and watch the deer as they venture out from their hiding. Breathe the sweet mountain air, listen to the trickling ripples of the Coosawattee River, and watch for red foxes, cottontails, and other animals that live in the surrounding woods.
Whether you are searching for a weekend escape or weekly rental, your accommodations will exceed expectations from the moment you arrive.
Come for romance, renewal, or reunion ....
you'll find them all right here!

Jeff and Debbie recently retired from many years in corporate America to try out the farming life in East Tennessee. We have lots of family that we love to spend time with and we enjoy travelling. While we have never met many of our guests, we get to know each one as they plan their special time at the cabin. We feel blessed to call each one our friend by the time they arrive!
Debbie Wilson purchased this cabin in 2010
Jeff and I purchased this riverfront cabin to enjoy some of the things we like best: kayaking, hiking and spending time with our family. We have plenty of outside space for people to enjoy a game of touch football or soccer or just listen to the birds sing while relaxing in the hot tub. Adults love the deck and kids love the horseshoes, firepit area and fishing area. Everyone loves the access to tubing and kayaking and the views of the river from everywhere!!!
River frontage just steps away, large yard next to the deck, kayaks available for small fee, views from the windows inside, the fishing when things are quiet :-), the deer that visit every evening...just to name a few!
We went over Christmas break. It was clean, the appliances were very nice, everything I needed to cook was available, Debbie was very easy to work with, the view was good, and we enjoyed every night by the fireplace. The drive to the cabin was almost all paved and the part that wasn't was short and easy to drive on. I recommend staying in this cabin.
Perfect, perfect, perfect! This house is perfect for a stay in Elijay! Check in and check out was very easy and well planned! Good size yard, firepit, and hot tub are excellent amenities! Debbie was helpful and the home is well prepared for vacationers ! We would stay here again
I have been vacationing in cabins for 20 years. Hands down these were the best people to deal with. This cabin was spotless and beautiful . The check in and out process was so simple with the easy to follow info provided by Debbie & Jeff. So many deer and wildlife in the area. Very quite and peaceful.
This cabin was exactly as described and more. Well stocked with the basics to maintain while a guest. Excellent digital instructions on using different amenities and additional notes placed near each item on what to do and what not to do. Very private and views were amazing inside and out. We hope to return during the different seasons.
We had an amazing time! The cabin was beautiful. Everything we could have needed was available. From the crib/changing area to the pack and play to the toys and games....nothing was left to chance. The back wall of glass windows showcase the wildlife. We even made new friends with all of the deer that came in the yard. Tubing in the resort was a fun experience! My children also loved each of the pools as well as the putt putt golf and free popcorn snack. We will definitely make this a yearly trip. Close to restaurants in town that are delicious and so many outdoor activities to try. I was beyond impressed with everything. Thank you for making our family trip an amazing one!
Beautiful place with great views and jist gorgeous home. There is so much to do at this place u will not get bored and will need to stay for weeks to see everything the resort has to offer. The best part is all the beautiful deer that just walk around all over the wooded areas of the resort. The owners were so helpful and answered any questions we had.
