Private apartment complex, all comfort, at 'Ibiza Nueva', the new sportive harbour of Ibiza town. In a quite area, but 50m of the famous discotheques Pacha & Lìo and 10-15min walking to the old town via the boulevard. Next to terraces at the harbour to eat or have a drink. Even being near the clubs, the apartment is very quite. It has a floor area of 100m2 + terrace. It's located at the 5th floor and has side-view to the see. There are two lifts. 2 sleeping rooms, one of them is an en suite with a complete bathroom (bath, WC, bidet, double wash table). Another complete bathroom at the hall with bath/shower, WC, bidet and wash table. American kitchen with fridge, wash machine, microwave, electric oven, iron, hairdryer etc.. Living room of 35 m2 with a big TV & CD-Player. Air conditioning. There is also a commune swimming pool. The apartment is near the beautiful & trendy beach of Talamanca, you can walk to it (10-15 min) or by bus (1 bus-stops). Parking in front of the door.

Check-in & check-out times: The check in is around 14.00/15.00 pm and check out in the morning, maximum until 12.00 (noon). Other times needs to be discussed before making reservation, but we cannot be very flexible!!!!

Please be aware that we cannot keep your suitcases once you have checked out!

Arrival- or leaving times after 22.00 h has a surcharge of 50,- Euro.

It's all about the location!!!

I'm just back from an amazing week at Nicola's apartment in Ibiza. The place is exactly like in the pictures, spacious, comfortable, with all the basics necessary for your home away from home.

The location of the apartment is phenomenal if you want to be in the right spot in Ibiza. Close to the Marina, Pacha, bars, restaurants and a short walk from Ibiza Town. As I said it's all about the location!!!

Nicola was really easy to deal with and Estella who was in charge to handle the keys is the sweetest lady ever.

Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay again!

L'appartamento migliore che potessimo scegliere, nella zona del nuovo porto di Marina Botafoch, a 3 minuti a piedi dal Pacha, facilmente raggiungibile con qualsiasi tipo di mezzo, e cosa più importante in quartiere tranquillo!

L'unica pecca è che manca il wifi, per il resto è tutto esattamente come vedete da foto.

Salvato per il prossimo viaggio ad Ibiza!

La casa al nostro arrivo era pulita e totalmente conforme alla descrizione.

L'immobile è in buono stato, la terrazza è grande e tutti i servizi funzionano. La posizione è abbastanza buona, molto vicina al Pacha ed alla stazione dei taxi, dista circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dal porto. adatta sia per compagnie che per famiglie.

Sicuramente la consiglierei ad un amico o parente.

The apartment is near the sportive haven where you can sit on one of the most atmospheric terraces, eat fantastic fish dishes and watch the yachts.(At the new part of Ibiza town called 'Nueva Ibiza'). The beautiful boulevard is at 1 minute walking. It's at 15-20 minutes walking distance to the old town along the boulevard. Two of the biggest discotheques are only at 50 m (Pacha and Lío), but you don´t have any noisy problems. The nearest beach is the Talamanca Bay that you can reach by bus(1 bus stop) or walking (10 minutes). You can reach other beaches by bus. A car is not necessary but, if you want to visit the island it would be recommended. In the summer ther is also at 100 m from the apartment a little boat that takes you to the city center. The night-bus stops also in front of the apartment and drives to all big discoteques (from 0.00 to 06.00 h).
