If you are looking for a custom built, private home for your family’s vacation look no further! Crosswinds Beach House is a beautiful home set in the community of Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach. Adjacent to Redfish Village off scenic highway 30A, this property is a short, 5 minute walk or quick bike ride (included in your rental) to the clear water and pristine white sand beaches of Florida’s Emerald Coast. The Blue Mountain Beach access has parking and restroom facilities for your convenience. Crosswinds is close to the communities of Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton Beach.

A landscaped walkway connects this private community to The Shops at Redfish Village that includes restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. You can hop on the complimentary trolley (May 24- Sept. 1) to Grayton Beach or Seaside and not worry about driving or parking. Lakeside at Blue Mountain is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood with lots of privacy for your family and guests. Don't feel like going to the beach? Spend time at the neighborhood pool which features an outdoor shower, tables, umbrellas and chairs.

The open floor plan includes a large kitchen and main floor living space that allows for the perfect opportunity for family fun! A gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite countertops features a dining bar and separate dining table to accommodate large families. A pull-out queen sized sofa is available in the living room that features a large, 55 inch flat screen TV. For the grill master in the family, a gas grill is located just off the kitchen.

The sleeping areas at Crosswinds Beach House leave nothing to be desired. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed, 40 inch flat screen TV, private balcony and a private bath with a glass and travertine Caesar shower. Two additional bedrooms feature queen size beds with 39 inch flat screen TVs. A bunk room features two twin beds and a 32 inch flat screen TV. A screened in Lanai on the upper level is the perfect spot to enjoy a late afternoon nap, or a place to hang out with the family. If you are a sun worshiper, you can relax on the upper deck and never have to leave the home. We have spared no expense on making Crosswinds Beach House your beach home away from home! Luxurious hardwood floors and comfortable furniture will make you feel at ease as will relaxing on one of our four outdoor porches.

The gulf coast is our family’s favorite vacation destination. Therefore, we have designed Crosswinds Beach House with our own family in mind. This brand new home has every amenity imaginable! This is my third year to stay at Crosswinds. I love the location between Destin and Seaside so convenient to go exploring in either direction. It is a short walk or take the car either way to the most beautiful beach in Florida. Great bike paths and bicycles are provide with this home. The house has all the amenities you could want. Love the way it is decorated and it is so comfortable. The screened porch is a great place for happy hour or napping .

Beautifully decorated and convenient

This beach house is super clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. It is an easy walk to a beautiful public beach and an ice cream parlor. There is plenty of room which includes a very comfortable screened in porch. This year was my third visit and I plan on returning.

Beautiful and confortable

I greatly enjoyed my time at Crosswinds. The house is beautifully designed, decorated, and maintained. It's very convenient to the beach, shopping and eating. Trips for Ice Cream always a treat. Good place to walk or bike ride and look at the rest of the neat houses. The beach is a great one, too. Beautiful sunsets and smooth white sand - just perfect!!

Staying at Crosswinds has become an annual event in the lives of four old friends from east Tennessee. The location, accommodations, furnishings, and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. I always enjoy their decor from local artisans, and now look forward each year to see what new treasures have been added to this comfy home. Of course this makes us want to go shopping along 30A, where there's always a new adventure as well as dozens of good places to eat...one of our favorite pastimes.

Perfect Vacation Home

This is the third year my girlfriends and I have stayed at Crosswinds for our annual getaway. It goes without saying we always have a wonderful time. We love sitting on the upstairs lanai and swinging on the front porch, drinking coffee and talking. The spacious kitchen and great room allow us to cook, talk and watch TV at the same time. This is definitely a plus, since we all like to talk. Crosswinds is conveniently located to the beach and one of our favorite places, the ice cream shoppe. We also enjoyed the shopping, and scenic drives along 30A. All in all, there is nothing negative to say about our stay at Crosswinds. We can't wait until next year, or if we're lucky, maybe sooner.
