Brilliantly situated apartment

The apartment is situated in the bustling centre of Colmar, overlooking the church and a square. There is a very handy small supermarket nearby.

The apartment is ideal for 2 or 4 people( we were only 2) and is very well equipped and simply furnished. It would be a good idea to have a folder with instructions of how to use the TV and the hob and the oven. The owner reacted promptly after I left a message to say we did not have any towels. The walk to the garage is a nice stroll and the keyless entrance code is a good idea. We made some lovely trips out into the vineyards and the attractive villages. We would certainly recommend people to stay here if they want to visit the Alsace.

There are many good restaurants and cafe's in the immediate area."

Enjoyed a wonderful time in a great location!

Last summer 6 of us stayed here for three weeks. Everything was so convenient.

The owners were so accommodating. We especially enjoyed the keyless door entry so we did not have to sit around and wait for each other.

Couldn't have been better!

My son and I were enchanted by the apartment and its amenities. It was a perfect place for our very first (but not last)visit to Colmar. We both loved hearing the bells at night, often going outside to walk the lovely streets and listen to the bells. The area is filled with wonderful restaurants and very easy to navigate. Having private parking is definitely a plus.

tres bon sejour /emplacement TOP

sejour 4 nuits 4 adultes .appartement très bien situé,très bien équipé propre et bien agencé au regard des impératifs du bâtiment.Le centre ville est magnifique et se fait à pieds,De nombreux restaurants et magasins sont à proximité immédiate.Le parking est à à peine 10 minutes à pieds (l'entrée n'est pas simple à trouver la première fois malgré le plan fourni).2 points à signaler:le canapé lit dont le confort n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation globale et le bruit de la ventilation du restaurant voisin qui s’arrête à 22h mais gênant pour les couche tôt.Ces 2 points restent anecdotiques et l'appartement a participé à la réalisation d'un très bon séjour au sein d'une très belle région.Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Tolles, modernes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Die Ferienwohnung geht über zwei Etagen, ist sehr modern und großzügig geschnitten, hat Fliesenboden (der nicht ganz so sauber war) und liegt im Dachgeschoss eines Altbaus mitten in der Stadt. Mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern ist sie ideal z.B. für zwei Paare, wie wir es waren (+ 2 kleinen Kindern). An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, z.B. war die Küche ausreichend bestückt, auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner gab es. Babyhochstuhl, Babybett, Baby-Badewanne, Wickelmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden, was für uns wichtig war. Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Tiefgaragenplatz gleich um die Ecke. Die Angaben entsprachen der Beschreibung im Online-Inserat. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sehr bemüht.

Die zentrale Lage erlaubte uns mit Babyphons ausgerüstet, mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe der Fewo zu besuchen.

Dadurch dass wir am heißen Pfingstwochenende in Colmar waren, hatten wir allerdings das Problem, dass es in der Wohnung z.T. bis zu 30°C heiß war, und eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht (wegen des Denkmalschutzes), aber Standventilatoren. Durch die zentrale Lage war es nachts und morgens sehr laut, wenn die Fenster geöffnet waren (bei geschlossenen Fenstern hörte man fast nichts von den Stadt- und Straßengeräuschen). Aber das war eben Pech.

Ich würde die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen. Wenn man zentral wohnen und das Auto stehen lassen möchte, ist sie ideal.

Mit dem Auto kann man in ca. 10 Min. auch einen Baggersee mit Strand und großen Rasenflächen erreichen (aber wenig Schatten, Sonnenschirm mitbringen).

superbe séjour

Nous avions pris cette location pour une semaine. Nous sommes une famille de 6 personnes dont 4 adolescents. Location très bien située avec tout le nécessaire. Correspondait parfaitement à la description. La deuxième salle de bain se trouvant dans la chambre est petite et un rideau ne permet pas d'avoir une intimité mais nous n'avons utilisé que la grande salle de bain. Nous avons dû déplacer le coffre de la salle à manger pour faciliter le couchage le soir et afin d'avoir plus d'espace. Nous recommandons cette location pour 4 personnes ou 6 personnes mais avec enfants en bas âge.

Am Wochenende sind Bett- und Badewäsche im Preis einbegriffen.
Der Mieter muss bei seiner Abfahrt die Wohnung im gleichen sauberen Zustand lassen, wie beim Eintritt. Die Abfallbehälter sollen geleert und gereinigt und die Böden gesaugt werden. Alle gebrauchte Geräte und Gegenstände sollen sauber und geräumt werden. Badezimmer und Küche sollen gereinigt werden (Armatur, Arbeitsplatte, Bade- und Duschwanne...). Geschirr und Töpfe sind sauber in den Schränken oder in der Geschirrspülmaschine (für ein Zyklus vor der Abfahrt.). Falls der Mieter die Reinigung nicht selber erledigen möchte, kann dies vom Vermieter übernommen werden, gegen eine Gebühr von 50 EUR.
Küchenwäsche ist vorhanden, jedoch sind Bett- und Badewäsche im Mietpreis nicht enthalten und können mitgebracht werden. Sie können jedoch vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt werden gegen eine Gebühr von: Bettwäsche: 7.50€ pro Person, Badewäsche: 3,50€ pro Person, Endreinigung: 50 € pro Wohnung.
