We are letting our new frontline beach penthouse with direct access to the beach. The property is very spacious with over 280m² built surface. The property offers unforgettable views over the Mediterranean Sea till Gibraltar and Africa. You enjoy panoramic sea views from almost every room. On the main level is the spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and the covered main terrace with over 80m². Listen to the sea and relax on our lordly outside lounge, the garden table or at the swing. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite-bath and 2 further bedrooms with single beds sharing a shower room on the landing. In front of the seaside bedrooms there is a second terrace with second garden furniture offering unforgettable sea views. On top is the spacious roof terrace with all day sun. If you like to spend your holidays in a luxury ambience with direct access to the beach, large community pool and a private paddle tennis court .

need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafes, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. Excellent vacation property

My family and I stayed for a week and it was everything we had hoped for. The balconies were probably the most amazing feature of the flat. The views were spectacular and we had meals out on the porch daily. You will need a car to get around but everything is very close and there are numerous beaches nearby if you are looking for alternatives. We did a lot of day trips to Estepona, Ronda, Malaga, and Gibraltar so the location could not be any better. The listing reflects the apartment very accurately so if you like what you see, you will not be disappointed. We had a wonderful time at a great place!

Beautiful Beach Front Apartment

We had a two week stay in this beautiful apartment and as a family of 4 adults and 2 children we couldn't have wished for anything better. The pool area is perfect and safe for the children, also easy access to the beach and rock pools where our children found lots of strange and wonderful sea creatures!

The apartment is exactly as described with a very well equipped kitchen, everything needed to cook the perfect evening meal. The balconies are very large, perfect to sunbathe during the day or relax with a glass of wine listening to the waves in the evening.

The landlord was very helpful and sent a list of recommended restaurants nearby, also supermarkets all just 5 minutes away. A car is needed, but we knew this and is no problem to drive 5 minutes to Estapona or Sabinillas where there is plenty of entertainment for the children in the evenings.

Would definitely return for another holiday, but would like to stay for a month rather than two weeks. The views are to die for, we simply didn't want to come home!

Great Time in Spain

This property has an amazing location with a view of the mediterrean to die for. The terraces are wonderful and get full sun all day which was wonderful during our stay in Feburary. The apartment is furnished very well with all necessities and lots of extras. Keep in mind there is no clothes dryer as the Spainish do not seem to use them. The only negative is that there is no internet available and you have to go up the street to the gulf club for access. There are lots of good restaurants within an easy drive and the location worked well for a home base. We were able to get to Portugal, Africa, and Sevilla quite easily and of course enjoyed the more local areas like Rhonda, Estepona and Gilbrator.

Great Beach Front Apartment - with a view to die for!

We had one week stay in this beautiful apartment at beach front. As two 2 families (4 adults and 2 kids) we couldn't have wished for anything better, the rooms are good sized and sound proofed, ideal for two small families or a big family. Everything was clean and tidy.

The pool area is perfect with lots of sun beds and safe for the younger children and deep enough for older children to play around in, also easy access to the beach.

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, a very well equipped kitchen, everything needed to cook the perfect evening meal, and a plus was the washing machine. The balconies are very large, perfect to sunbathe during the day or relax with a glass of wine listening to the waves in the evening, there were even a BBQ!! There is wifi which worked fine.

The landlord was very helpful and sent a list of recommended restaurants nearby. A car is needed, but it’s just 5 min drive to supermarkets or towns for mails and entertainments. We had booked the underground garage, that was good.

We definitely recommend this apartment and landlord!! We wouldn't hestitate to come back!

Sehr angenehme und qualitative Wohnung

Wir haben die erste November Woche in der Wohnung verbracht: sie ist sehr angenehm und hat eine qualitativ hohe Einrichtung. Und der Ausblick ist herrlich!

PENTHOUSE BERMUDA BEACH 3 – ist direkt am Strand - freie Sicht auf Gibraltar - alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 min zu erreichen - Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Atlantik/ Gibraltar/ Tangier/ Malaga und alles was dazwischen liegt - Tiefgaragenplatz fürs Auto - Wohnung hat tolle Ausstattung und ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern - sehr netter/ freundlicher Hausverwalter und Vermieter mit praktischen Tipps - würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Our penthouse is located midst the town of Estepona on the west and the village of San Luis de Sabinillas to the east. The complex is located on the very first beach line with lovely gardens and pool at the sea. Further you will find a private paddle tennis court. In just 150 meters is a very good restaurant with Assador (open fireplace). In 300 meters you will find the new Albayt Golf & Country Club with excellent restaurant and Spa. You can relax at the indoor or outdoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath or book a professional massage. Further here is a very good fitness-club. San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door with numerous bars, restaurants, shops etc. Here you will find a lovely beach promenade along a 4 km. long sandy beach. The near villages of Manilva and Casares are typical examples for the Andalucian white villages. A visit here is highly recommended! Marbella and Puerto banus are just a short drive away.
