2 bed room and big living room with unspoiled view to the sea

This apartment is located on a one way street at the end of which adjoins a non-buildable conservation zone. So you can enjoy from the bedroom your morning coffee or tea with a beautiful view of the sea.

This idyllic spot is ideal for relaxing and perfect for endless walks by the sea. This is from the beach apartment just 150 Mtr., To achieve on a small path through the dunes. Discover the wild-bizarre coast here almost untouched Algarve with its miles of golden beaches. Visit the old Moorish town in the hinterland of Archtitektur her own, and villages, with traditionally dressed all in black women who engage with brightly painted donkey carts creaking of their work.

The beach ground floor apartment with approx 90qmtr. Area is practical and comfortable furnished and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.

The Collective, a maximum of 6 families used pool is located just across the street in a big mansion of the builders of the entire superstructure. The pool is very spacious and offers fun and privacy for large and small.

For bookings over Christmas and New Year's Eve champagne is included

Why Anne Bastians chose Vila Real de St Antonio region

It was always our dream to have an apartment right by the beach, from which it is easy to walk to the beach by foot. Which is possible through a path right through the lovely dunes. It is lovely to hear the sea and even watch the sea when taking a shower. Also to use the pool after a day at the beach is fantastic and very comfortable. Besides this everything like cafés, restaurants, shops and markets are in easy reach by foot or bigger super markets by car.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is quietly situated as she is at the end of a red end road with no buildings in front or at the side. Only behind the apartment is a Villa in which the pool is situated and some other apartments and houses on the other side. All of them being privately owned. The Hotel Oasis and Real Lota Complex, in decent distance to the apartment therefore not disturbing, offers the use of the Tennis Court, bicycles and meals, having a special of the day every day.

O apartamento corresponde totalmente às expectativas. Bem equipado e em excelentes condições. Muito perto da praia e em local mesmo muito sossegado.

A possibilidade de utilização da piscina é óptima, sobretudo, para quem tem crianças. Piscina muito boa.

zum Verlieben

Dieses hübsche Ferienhaus hält wirklich was in der Beschreibung versprochen wird. Dieser Ort hat eine ganz eigene Atmosphäre und hat uns direkt fasziniert. Wir konnten sofort entspannen und haben den Ausblick sehr genossen. Das Haus trägt den Namen Ruhe und die findet man auch.

Dennoch kann man die Algarve von dort aus sehr gut erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Das Meer mit seinen verschiedenen Stränden ist nicht weit. Viele hübsche Dörfer/Städte und Märkte ebenfalls.

Das Haus an sich ist bestens ausgestattet. Egal was man zubereiten möchte, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Von Grillbesteck bis Pizzateller ist alles da. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht dass nichts fehlt. Man braucht wirklich nur noch einkaufen. Selbst eine interessante und umfangreiche Büchersammlung in verschiedenen Sprachen findet sich. Wer nicht auf TV verzichten möchte hat zudem auch hier die Möglichkeit Sender in den meisten Sprachen zu finden. Ausserdem gibt es eine kleine DVDsammlung.

Auch am Pool stellen sich keine Wünsche. Es gibt ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Von Schirm bis Luftmatraze war alles vorhanden. Pool und Garten wird regelmäßig von ganz lieben Menschen gepflegt, die ebenfalls sehr unaufdringlich und freundlich sind. Man weiß immer wann sie kommen und bekommt jede Frage gern beantwortet. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt falls man Vierbeiner mitbringt. Von den Nachbarn haben wir wirklich gar nichts mitbekommen. Die Häuser stehen weit auseinander, so dass man die Ruhe geniessen kann.

Wir waren mit unserem zweijährigen Sohn dort und haben nichts vermisst. Das Babybettchen stand bereits bei unserer Ankunft.

Die Vermieter haben einen ausführlichen Ordner zu allen Themen angelegt. Hier erfährt man neben Anleitungen und näheren Beschreibungen zum Haus, alles was es in der Umgebung zu erkunden gibt. Desweiteren Tipps zum Einkauf und gemütlichen Restaurantbesuchen oder wichtige Adressen wie Arzt und Handwerker.

Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber auch sehr unaufdringlich. Man hat die Ruhe im Urlaub nach der man sich sehnt, stellen sich aber Fragen werden diese umgehend und sehr liebevoll beantwortet. Egal ob vor, während oder nach dem Urlaub fühlt man sich jederzeit sehr gut betreut.

Fazit: Ein wunderbar romantischer Ort für unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge. Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

The beach apartment in Praia Lota is located about 15km east of Tavira between Manta Rota and Altura / Monte Gordo. You can reach her property from from Faro airport in about half an hour. You can also select the airport in Lisbon, and from there, on a good highway in max. 3 hours to reach our beach condo.

In order to easily reach the apartment on the multi-faceted Algarve and 'conquer' the enchanting landscape can, it is recom to rent a car you can already order from their registration at us and them by an employee of the car rental at the airport in Faro is passed - any time, day or night. The delivery of the car is done on the right side of the arrivals hall and must be paid in advance in euro.

General Information:

Prices are indicated in Euros and are based on an occupancy of 4 people per week. Included are the weekly change of bed linen and towels, as well as electricity (heating), gas, water. The final cleaning is charged EUR 55 per booking.

Spain The Spanish border is reached by car in 10 minutes. It is worthwhile to go to Seville, historic town with old architecture, gardens and cafes along a river.

Tavira is described by the Portuguese as the prettiest town in the Algarve. It was built in the Middle Ages and is situated on both sides of the Rio Gilao. A total of seven bridges they move from one to the other part of the city. Everywhere there are cobbled streets, bordered by stucco doors and windows, castle ruins, old churches, shady gardens and marketplaces.

The city has about 25 000 inhabitants. The new residents Tavira consisted of British, Dutch, Scandinavians and Germans together, many of which are deliberately came here because mass tourism and consumption are rarely encountered. The Tavira today is very different from that of the past centuries, the character of the city has remained essentially preserved.

In recent years, a number of apartment complexes were built, and many neat shops it's fun to shop. The morning market days you will find opportunity, fresh fruit and vegetables and excellent fish to purchase.

And of course you can pamper your palate in the local restaurants with national and international cuisine as you wish.
