This Two story Island Style home with 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath of approximately 2400 square feet of "interior" living area along with additional lanai and balcony living area, gives you over 3200 total square feet of living area. Constructed wtih some of the finest materials with mahogany doors and trim throughout. Soffit lighting softens the feel of this Island home with it's Vaulted Ceilings. There is Quartzite Stone flooring throughout this home with wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms. Flooring in each bathroom is Travertine. The Master Suite upstairs has a huge walk in marble shower, a deep Kohler jetted tub with marble along with an expansive marble vanity with twin sinks. The second Master Suite downstairs also has an expansive vanity with twin sinks and a large walk-in shower. All showers have Large-scale walk in showers with Kohler 'rain shower heads' and fixtures . Each Master Suite comes with a King size bed (Cal King upstairs). Bedroom three has twin size beds that can be converted to a King Size Bed. The Den/Day Room opens up to the second lanai overlooking the Golf Course and has a day bed for relaxing while reading a book. The kitchen has Granite counter tops throughout with a large bar top. Kitchen appliances are of the highest quality and consist of a Wolf 6-burner gas range oven, built in Wolf microwave/convection oven, Sub Zero refrigerator, Cuisinart 10 cup Auto set timer coffee maker, Krups coffee grinder, Oster blender/food processor, and a toaster oven. Koa wood dining table seats 6. There is Central AC, WIFI internet access, Cable TV, a 55' Sony TV in the Great Room, a 42' TV in the downstairs master suite. The home has Security System. Built in BBQ located on the upstairs Lanai along with an outside sink and mini Sub Zero refrigerator. The pocketing Fleetwood sliding doors bring in the picturesque golf, mountain and ocean views.
Beaches, restaurants, and shops are but a 2-3 minutes drive by car. This area is also ideal for walking in and around the Poʻipu area. You can walk from the home to Poʻipu shopping center or beaches in about 20 minutes or so, give or take, depending on your stride.
Down the road is the Poʻipu Shopping Village where you find shops and art galleries along with several restaurants which provide casual and local fine dining. Every Monday and Thursday evening at 5:30 pm enjoy the free Hawaiian entertainment and Hula.
Take another short drive over to the Kukuiʻula Shopping Village where you will find a variety of shops that offer fashion, gifts, and Décor. The Restaurants in the Kukuiʻula Shopping Village offer casual and fine dining using locally grown food including locally raised grass fed beef. Enjoy and evening of Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. The Art Galleries in this shopping village feature some of Kauai's renown artists. This beautiful home is on the Kiahuna Golf Course of over 2400 square feet of "interior" living area with additional covered lanai area of approximately 800 square feet, more or less, lends itself to privacy yet close to the beaches and shopping within the Poʻipu and the Kukuiula areas. Koloa town is not too far away and offers dining, shopping, banks, a small grocery store and a post office. It is great for couples traveling together with the two master suites, one upstairs and the other downstairs. The third bedroom downstairs is separated by the Day Room, again offering privacy for our guests. The large private baths are designed with stone and glass. The Gourmet kitchen comes equipped with high-end appliances which add to the luxury of this home . This home is also equipped with central AC to keep the home comfortably cool, especially during the hot humid summer months that run through the September month. If you are a golfer, you are right in the back yard of one of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed courses here on Kauaʻi. Minutes to the renown Poʻipu Beach Park and Prince Kuhio Beach, known for it's snorkeling, you can enjoy a day of sun and surf or swim with the marine life. Enjoy taking walks around the area where you can enjoy the unique opportunity to see the native bird life, including the Hawaiian Nene Goose. The evening sky with the shimmering stars are something to truly appreciate while you are sitting out on the lanai, and during the full moon, you can truly take in the beauty of the moonlit night over the distant ocean views from this home. Fabulous! My family (2 adults, 2 kids - two in college and 2 middle schoolers) absolutely loved this house! We've stayed in many VRB) homes over the years, and this one is by by far the nicest one! Impeccably clean! The kitchen is a dream with every available thing you need! Barbecue and outdoor covered area (not in the photos) are gorgeous. Liz thought of everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach all carefully stored in the garage! Highly recommend this house! We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful place we were able to experience. Elizabeth was so helpful to make our time in Kauai nothing but memorable. The home was beautiful and was perfect for us and our friends. The home met all of our expectations and more. Coffee was enjoyed on the back porch every morning. The house was in immaculate condition. It was located in a beautiful area and we enjoyed several meals at nearby restaurants within just a few blocks of the home. Can't wait to come back. We highly recommend this home for everything you would expect Kauai to be and more. Thank you!
We had such a wonderful time staying at this home in Poipu. We do not like crowds, so we were looking for something that was tucked away yet still close to beaches and dining. This house delivered. The home was spotless and well equiped. We really enjoyed the lanai; spent every morning sitting and watching the golfers and roosters. The area was very quiet and peaceful. It really felt like our home away from home in Kauai. We did all of our living on the main floor as there were just two of us and it was a perfect amount of space. Liz was very accommodating and gave us a beautiful welcoming gift (I am addicted to those Big Island cookies now). We would return in a heartbeat!
We had a fantastic stay at this house located in Poipu on Kauai. Wonderfully decorated, the house is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. We very much enjoyed using the grill to cook out on the porch, and loved relaxing in the gorgeous showers after a long day of hiking. The house is in a great location, and we had marvelous weather for our stay in January, enjoying the sunsets each evening laying outside. Poipu has a very inviting beach, and is located just a short drive from Eleele where many of the snorkeling cruises depart from. We can't wait for an opportunity to return.
Nestled on hill overlooking Kiahuna Golf Course in Poipu, this is an ideal vacation house for six, within a five minute drive to some of Poipu's best beaches, great shopping and dining. The house is beautifully designed and furnished, immaculately maintained and has exceptional amenities. Everything is as described in the Overview and our family enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort that the house afforded. Since we're a family that likes to eat in, we appreciated the kitchen, which was well appointed and had all the equipment we needed. (One surprise was that there is a tiny view of the ocean, but the beautiful view of the hills and mountains surrounding the house would have been enough.) The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt secure and safe. Liz, the owner, takes great pride in this house and she provided us with great service. I would definitely recommend this property.
This home is situated with a southern exposure. There are both mountain and ocean views along with views of the Kiahuna Golf Course as it is situated on the 4th fairway close to the 4th tee box. We are a 2-3 minute drive to the local beaches, one well known beach, Po'ipu Beach, is right down the road from this home. The Po'ipu Beach Athletic club is also available next door to, one street over about a 2-3 min drive.
There are 9 golf courses on this Island, with 4 here on the South Shore. There are ocean activities; snorkeling, surfing for those surfers, paddleboard, kayaking and more as well as many scenic attractions: Spouting Horn where you can watch a blowhole spout a plume of sea water into the air whenever waves are forced under the lava shelf and up through the opening of the lava coast, and Allerton Tropical Botanical Gardens considered a Garden Paradise is must see. Po'ipu is known for it's great weather and beaches. The historic and picturesqe Old Koloa Town has much of it's charm with shops that now occupy the plantation buildings along Koloa Road. There you will find the Koloa History Center where you can learn more about the town's heritage which began in 1835 when the first major successful sugar plantation in Hawaii began. It later became part of Grove Farm in 1948.
Drive to the West Side through Old Hanapepe Town known as Hawaii's biggest little town, where you will find many art galleries and old architecture buildings where you can buy souvenirs on your way to scenic Waimea Canyon (Mark Twain said that this was the Grand Canyon of the Pacific) and at the lookout you will see Kokee' State Park where there are numerous trails for beginners and seasoned hikers. Waimea Canyon is a Heritage site of Hawaii and a must see. Every Friday evening from 6-9pm Hanapepe Town celebrates it's art walk where you can see a variety art galleries and local crafters. You can also enjoy the live music and entertainment or dine at one of the several restaurants there.
