About the property

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath On Private Acre, Split Bedroom

Newly remodeled home with travertine and wood floors, new cabinets and granite countertops throughout. Not your typical vacation rental. We are pet friendly so please ask if you would like your pet to join you.

My home is 2,500 square feet with a large 15 by 40 screened/windowed lanai. Split bedroom floor plan very private for family or two couples. Pocket door for the second and third bedroom and second bath. Home accommodates up to six guests.

Close to the Island of Venice which is enjoyed by vacationers and locals. Island of Venice is five miles and also five miles to Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach and Casperson Beach which is also where the doggy beach is located.

If you enjoy bicycling, you can bike to Carlton Preserve which is a 1,000 acre county park or go to the 20 mile Sarasota bike trail.

If you pay via check, there is a 3% discount.

At this time I am only accepting reservations for the 2019 season with a 3 month minimum. If my home is available mid summer, I will accept less than a 3 month minimum.

Best Vacation Ever

We spent a month at this wonderful property. It is exactly as we expected from the pictures. This is a spacious home and the split bedrooms made the visit enjoyable for my family. Our weather was very pleasant and we were able to leave the sliding glass doors open to the lanai during our visit. We will be back.
