Gorgeous Territorial View in Lovely, Quiet SW Portland Neighborhood

This is a bright and spacious in-law studio with a kitchen and it sleeps up to four; 2 in the queen bed and/or two in the queen sofa bed. You will have a private entry, a large deck and good separation from the main house. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace insert, TV and DVD, and a 3/4 bath with washer and dryer. The home is in a beautiful SW Portland neighborhood which is close to downtown and many attractions of the area. There is plenty of safe free parking on the street that provides easy access to the apartment. 2 cats and a dog live in the main house and have use of the yard (dog is never in yard when I am not home)....all are friendly. A “play and pack” crib is available for those with small children.

About Julie Lewis

I live in the main house with my 2 cats, a very obedient siberian husky dog and an African Gray parrot. I occasionally have visitors but we are never loud or intrusive. I make my living in the footwear and apparel business and I have a booth at Saturday market. I grew up in Palo Alto, CA., and I went to undergraduate school in San Diego (UCSD) and graduate school at Oregon State University in Corvallis. I have two grown children. My son is a professional musician and my daughter is a videographer and a personal trainer.

Territorial view, quiet beautiful neighborhood, free safe street parking, close to many activities. You will have a private entry and we may never even see each other. Friendly cats and my dog may pay a visit, but they will not have access to your living space unless you want them.
