The Decoplage Condominium sits at the intersection of Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue on the Atlantic Ocean in South Beach, Florida. It is strategically located between the Ritz Carlton and The Loews Hotel in the heart of everything that makes South Beach a world famous destination - often referred to as “America’s Riviera!” Within minutes you can walk to our amazing beach or stroll to some of the finest restaurants and best nightlife in the world. We truly believe the Decoplage to have the best address in South Florida and we’d love for you to join us!
Our condo has been COMPLETELY REMODELED and is beautifully decorated. The studio is located on the 5th floor facing south with tremendous natural lighting and a view of the city. The building has tight security with personnel manning the front desk in the lobby and a security guard 24/7. The rental comes with one parking space for YOUR CAR accessible via FREE VALET SERVICE.
The studio sleeps 4 (new queen bed and leather sofa that opens to another queen-sized bed). It comes with CENTRAL AIR and a NEW FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and microwave). The brand NEW BATHROOM features a glass-enclosed shower. Linens, towels, dishes and utensils are provided. A hi-definition 55” TV with FREE HD CABLE and 40Mbps HIGH-SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI are included.
Laundry facilities including garbage disposal are just 3 doors down the hall. Access to the courtyard, the pool, and the fitness center is 2 floors down.
The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW INFINITY POOL and deck with view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. And you are steps away from the beach with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chair and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy a stroll on the newly renovated boardwalk located directly behind our building.
Taxis, tour and city buses, bike rentals, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops are all located right outside our doors on Lincoln Road.

The Decoplage Condominium has the BEST location in South Beach. Located on Lincoln Rd and a few blocks from Ocean Drive, the best restaurants and bars on the beach are accessible by walking just a few minutes. There is also a Walgreen Pharmacy, a French Bakery, and a pizza joint located in the building at the street level.
El apartamento es muy bonito y moderno, tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar muy cómodo, un lugar privilegiado, con unas areas sociables impecables y lo mejor frente a la playa. De volver a Miami me quedaria alli con los ojos cerrados. Gracias Phillipe
J'ai passé 2 mois au studio de PJ. Appartement-studio impeccable, tout rénové, situé dans le coeur de Southbeach. Superbe plage de sable blanc, très belle piscine avec chaises et parasols digne des plus beaux hôtels. Sécurité assuré, valet parking et personnels courtois. PJ était présent à notre arrivée. Il était toujours accessible et disponible au besoin. J'y retournerais avec plaisir!
The Studio is well equiped, clean and comfortable. We ccertainly will stay there on our next trip to Mimi Beach.
I stayed at PJ's apartment on Lincoln Road for a month. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. PJ was a great host and very responsive to any of my questions. Only thing I would change is the lock on Air Conditioning. During my stay, it was locked at one temperature and there was no way to make a change when it was too hot or cold in the apartment.
I would recommend the apartment and PJ as a host.
I really enjoyed my stay. Excellent building, excellent spot and excellent unit. Everything was new and well finished. I totally recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at decoplage where the reception makes us feel secure and they are helpful.Located in the Art Deco area,we visited this renowned south beach district.
Also no parking trouble,as a valet service is included in the price.
All you need to do at south beach becomes easy at this beautiful studio ,which pictures you see,reflect the reality.
