Featuring vaulted ceilings, beautiful finishings and a rock fireplace, this three-bedroom condo has an elegant feel. Circled by soaring mountain peaks, you'll enjoy unrivalled views of the Three Sisters and Rundle Mountain ranges from your living room, kitchen and every bedroom. After a day of playing in the mountains unwind in one of the rooftop outdoor hot tubs in the adjoining building. There's also an indoor shared hot tub on the same floor as your condo.

This modern condo boasts a sleek kitchen with full range of appliances, with a large kitchen island counter. Grill your dinner using the gas BBQ on your private deck.

We've recently installed Apple TV which provides Netflix and many other channels on the large LED flat TV. This also allows you to play anything you wish from your iPhone / iPad through the TV and Bose audio system.

The Bose system also has DVD and CD plus provides you the opportunity to plug in your MP3 player. plug enables TV, a DVD player and IPod/MP3 stereos. This certainly makes this vacation condo a comfortable place to hang out in the evening.

All 3 bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath shower combination. The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (with walk in shower), this bathroom has a second door that allows access from the hallway. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, lots of closet space and again amazing views of the Rockies.

This condo also enjoys the benefit of heated underground parking for 2 vehicles within just a few steps of the elevator to your 4th floor Penthouse condo

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo. It was the perfect place for our family re-union and super convenient for all the great local cafes, restaurants and shops.



We enjoyed the roof top hot tubs and enjoyed many an evening gazing up at the stars and amazing moon lit mountains. It was an easy walk to the adjacent building once we'd read the directions.



The kitchen was well equipped with appliances (thank you for sharing that you'd recently replaced the dishwasher and fridge / freezer). There was a new large capacity laundry washer / dryer in the spacious utility room which proved super handy for our long stay.



Thanks again and we'll certainly be using your services for our next stay in the Rockies!

Great stay in comfy, roomy, modern condo

The first thing I noticed when I walked in the condo was the view, every room has a great view of the mountains behind Canmore. It's a nice bonus to be able to enjoy the mountains from the minute you wake up until the moment you go to bed. With a fully equipped kitchen and a Safeway on the other side of the parking lot, we were able to prepare our own meals when we wanted to--that's hard to find in nearby Banff. We were 2 blocks from a riverside trail, and just a few more blocks to central Canmore amenities. The condo felt pretty modern: plenty of media options (which we didn't use), convenient in-unit laundry, new appliances, etc. Great option for medium sized groups and families.

The only negative was that when we arrived, the unit was baking hot because all of the windows were closed and the strange portable air conditioner was on and was circulating hot air back into the room. Opening the windows solved that soon enough.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, convenient location

Our family of six had a very nice stay at Canmore Crossing. The apartment is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. It's also very well equipped, from cooking and eating utensils to hairdryers and laundry with detergent. We had all we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The views of the mountains from the apartment are as spectacular as the pictures. The location within short walking distance to downtown Canmore and right between Safeway and Savon supermarkets is very convenient. We could just walk next door whenever we needed something extra for dinner. Also right next door are Starbucks and banks.

Only glitch was there was no cable TV as was advertised, but after my call, Leavetown had it installed during our stay. Livingroom couch and tables are a bit tired, but perfectly functional. Beds are comfortable and apartment was quiet. Grill on the deck was great to have.

Canmore is a nice small town, and a good base from which to visit the Banff area, though driving back and forth every day into the park can get old. If I were to go again, I'd consider splitting my time between Canmore and one of the lodges farther inside the park to cut down on the driving, though having the condo as a home base was also great for our family.

Can't say enough about this condo, fabulous stay

I organized a fun winter ski and snow getaway for myself and some girlfriends. This condo was perfect for the six of us, it was really well equipped and perfect location being just steps from the supermarkets and just a 5 minute walk to all the lovely cafes, boutiques, galleries and restaurants . Stunning views from every room inc all bedrooms and the in suite washer dyer was super handy and large capacity too. (the manager let us know they'd just recently upgraded appliances, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher too).

Super convenient for the ski hills and we used outside bikes which was just steps away for renting fun fat tire snow bikes which made for a super day exploring the trails along the river.

The indoor hot tub is just a few steps away along the corridor and the roof top hot tub with amazing views is accessed via the adjacent building.

Plus we loved having Apple TV as an option with full access to Netflix, this made for some two great "movie nights in".

Highly recommend and the Leavetown team were super helpful and efficient with handling the booking for us.

Can't wait to come back!

Convenient Location, Excellent Views

Sparsely furnished top floor condo across the parking lot from Safeway. Very convenient location, adjacent to groceries and other shopping, and just a few blocks walk to both downtown and Elevation Place. Excellent views over the town onto the mountains. Small but complete kitchen and eating area, sitting room (with fold-out couch) plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The title is a bit misleading. There is a Hot Tub just down the hall, but with no view to speak of. There is also a lovely rooftop hot tub available, with nice night-sky views, but it is located in an adjacent building – an option if you don’t mind walking outside or through the maze of a parking area in your bathing suit.

Nice underground parking will allow a ski rack on a mini-van, but nothing higher. We wished for a colander, salad spinner, and more glasses in the kitchen, and for washcloths and dressers in the bedrooms.

Generally only available by the week, but with exceptions sometimes made. Emergency phone contact sometimes led to a full voice mailbox. A surprising list of mechanical problems, including a failed lock we had to fix ourselves, a remarkably (really!) noisy dishwasher, sometimes overheated rooms (even with all thermostats to minimum), refrigerator problems, a barely functional phone, and a washing machine that looked to be in some trouble.

We always strive to ensure our descriptions are accurate and have updated this to ensure this reflects that the roof tub hot tub is on the roof of the adjacent building. We are ensuring the electronic door lock always has fully charged batteries on arrival and the phone has been replaced. We've just replenished more glasses together with a colander, salad spinner and washcloths in the kitchen. The condo is undergoing renovations at the moment and this will certainly include upgrades to the appliances so will hopefully make for a quieter stay for future guests. Please accept our apologies for the emergency cellphone not having space on voicemail. Our toll free number is answered 7 days a week including evenings and the emergency number is certainly available outside these hours. We really do value your feedback as this enables us to always ensure we continue to improve on the quality of accomodation and service for our valued guests. We have a large range of properties here in Canmore and Banff that are available for stays of 2 nights or more. Family Weekend at the mountains

My family and I had a great weekend at this condo. It was really easy to locate and navigate through everything. Loved not having to worry about keys. We were able to walk to get our groceries and anything else we needed. We checked out the Elevation Center and enjoyed some fun in the pools and lane swim. Weekend Photography Trip

This is a great, convenient condo right in the middle of town. Full views of the Three Sisters from all the bedrooms, nice open plan layout for kitchen and living area and a warm gas fire if you want that cosy feeling at the end of a day in the mountains. Safeway and Save On Foods are walking distance, which is a boon for home cooking.

Your condo is ideally positioned in downtown Canmore and just a few minutes drive from the Banff National Park. The surrounding area is known for some of the best hiking, mountain biking, and climbing in the world. The Yoho, Kootenay, Banff and Jasper National Parks and Kananaskis Country are all only a short scenic drive away. It is truly an outdoor enthusiasts playground and there is an abundant range of activities and adventures for all the family, what ever your level for a sense of adventure!
