Mas de l’Aire is situated at the entrance to the quaint village of Monoblet. The house is within walking distance of the village bakery, café and restaurant. You can also walk out the door and access hiking trails into the Cevennes or to the nearby castle of Fressac. The village of Monoblet is approximately 50 minutes’ drive from Nimes, one hour from Montpellier and two hours from Marseilles; all have both international airports and TGV stations (fast train) allowing for a smooth transition from plane or train to the French country side.
The house is of ample proportions, at 500 m², and is fully renovated. It contains 5 bedrooms, 1 loft and one private room with pull out sofa bed, 5 1/2 bathrooms (one at the pool house), 4 lounges and 2 kitchens (plus a small kitchen at the pool house).

The field on the other side of the parking lot belongs to the house. There are horses, and the occasional house, in the adjoining fields.
