Sehr schönes Ferienhaus,aber ohne nutzbaren versprochenen Wasserzugang

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem komfortablen Ferienhaus. Die Lage war zwar etwas abgelegen (Grüssow nicht Devichow) und dadurch die Wege zum Einkaufen und ans Meer mindestens 30-45 Min. sehr lang. Wir haben das Haus deshalb auch wegen des versprochenen Wasserzugangs gemietet. Hier mussten wir aber eine große Enttäuschung erfahren. Das Bootshaus ist in einem sehr maroden Zustand, die Benutzung der dortigen Terrasse ist nicht möglich, da die Fußbodenbretter morsch und teilweise brüchig sind. Der dazugehörige Steg ist ebenfalls kaputt, für Kinder nicht nutzbar bzw. ein großes Sicherheitsrisiko. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Nur das Wissen des Vermieters um den Zustand des Bootshauses und des unmöglichen Wasserzugangs, der schon längere Zeit anhält, hat uns im Nachhinein doch geärgert. Wir würden deshalb die Ferienunterkunft für Familien ncht weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter sollte bei dem Preis für das Haus ehrlich sein und keine Versprechen machen, von denen er im Vorfeld weiß, dass sie nicht einzuhalten sind.

Wir waren zu Neunt über Silvester in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Alles war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Tolle naturnahe Umgebung ohne viel Trubel. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.
