We rent ouT our frontline beach apartment with panoramic seaviews. The apartment is located on the first floor, just 30 meters beside the beach. The apartment is very spacious with a total surface of over 210m² - 100m² built plus over 110m² of large partly covered terrace. The living room is avery spacious with comfortable sofas and dining area with pass through to the kitchen. When you seat on the sofas you overlook the near beach. From living room you have direct access to the spacious terrace with 2 gardentables and numerious sunloungers. Here you can enjoy the views and sun all day long! The master bedroom has also direct access to the terrace and offers also en-suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bath on the landing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has A/C troughout (warm/ cold) ans SAT-TV. need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas:: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

need to know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

All modern comforts are provided in our apartment which has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment has air conditioning system for heating and cooling troughout, sattelite TV and offers amazing seaviews. The main balcony terrace facing out to the near pool and sea. Here you will find 2 outside dining areas and several sunloungers. The south orientation of the apartment allowes you to enjoy the sund untill late evening!

bermuda beach review

We had an extremely nice holiday in this apartment and I can heartily recommend it. The description given on the web site is accurate and we had no complaints at all. We found it to be large and comfortable, very well decorated, clean and well looked after. It’s well situated directly by the sea although we found the water cold and preferred swimming in the pool. All in all a nice apartment and location but you do need a car to get around.

Tres bel appartement

Très bel appartement, spacieux et très confortable. La terrasse est vraiment le point fort de cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Estepona est une ville très agréable, fleurie et à taille humaine. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région c'est donc un point de départ idéal pour visiter l'Andalousie

Nous avons juste regretté de ne pas disposer de chaines TV françaises sans doute inutile en été mais en hiver on apprécierait de pouvoir regarder un peu la télé le soir ...

Nous espérons revenir l'an prochain !

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren nun wiederholt in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung wo wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Die Ausstattung ist bestens nur das Besteck und Gläser sollten gelegentlich ergänzt werden, hier scheint immer Schwund zu sein.

Von Antonio wurden wir gut betreut als sich Ungeziefer in der Wohnung breit machte und wir leider umziehen mussten.

Trotzdem - wir kommen gern wieder!

Die Angaben über die die Ferienwohnung im Online Inserat waren absolut korrekt..

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr geschmackvoll. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Anlage selbst ist auch sehr gepflegt.

Die Organisation durch den Vermieter (einschließlich vor Ort durch Alberto) ist sehr gut. Mit dem dem Auto sind die Supermärkte und Restaurants gut zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
