1540 square foot newer home in the Sonata neighborhood of the Las Campanas area of Green Valley. California King bed in master suite, queen in 2nd bedroom. Front parlor could be separate living area for a 2nd couple. Two desks, WiFi and, of course, cable for the two TVs and one DVR. Surround sound system in family room. Fully equipped so you feel at home. Propane barbecue grill. Walking distance to library and recreation center.

PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM RENTAL FOR WINTER 2016-2017 WILL BE 3 MONTHS FOR ANY PERIOD DECEMBER 2016 THROUGH MARCH 2017. MONTHLY RENTAL PERIODS WILL BE CONSIDERED STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 2016.

About Debbi Sinclair

This house is our first Green Valley house. We love Green Valley so much we decided to move here full-time and up sized from this. This home served us very well during our 5-6 month stays for our first four winters. There is so much to do in the Green Valley community! Come discover it yourself!

Why Debbi Sinclair chose Green Valley

We looked all over the southern US from Florida to California and decided this was the best place to 'snow bird' in the whole country! The weather, 13 recreation centers and 4 public golf courses clinched it. When we found this house, we knew it would be a great one for our plans to spend half the year in the warmer climate. We looked for years for the right town, but it only took one day to find the right house.

What makes this house unique

What we like about this house is the small yard. Less to take care of so there is more time for fun. The neighborhood turned out to be so friendly that we felt very welcome immediately. It is within walking distance of the library, pool/rec center and 'The White Elephant' (our famous thrift store that attracts buyers from miles around). Since the house is on the north side of Green Valley, it makes it very convenient to get to shopping on the south side of Tucson within 15 minutes. Another 10 minutes and you are parked in downtown Tucson enjoying the cultural activities (and the gem show in February!).

Property suited our needs as renters. Location was great. Property was very clean and provided everything we needed. Master bed mattress was fantastic which meant very much to us during our 2 month stay. Outside property was taken care of as well and we very much appreciated that. No complaints whatsoever and would definitely rent again from John and Debbi.

We stayed 8 nights in May. Choose this property because of the size and ease of working with the owners. Debbi was quick to respond to emails and even provided a pack n play and booster chair for our visiting grandchild.

Great Winter

We had a wonderful winter! The house is in the perfect location. We loved being able to walk to the coffee shop, library and White Elephant. Our visitors loved the privacy the parlor, guest bedroom and bath offered. My favorite feature of the home was having two work areas in the den. The extra desk was perfect for a two laptop couple. The kitchen had every item needed for everyday cooking and entertaining. There was a tool chest and shop vac in the garage. We were there almost four months for our first snow birding winter. We were not ready to go home.

Debbi and John have a beautiful home. We extended our stay twice after our initial reservation. All of our transactions went smoothly and I was pleased to receive a refund of our security deposit within a week of checkout.

We spent a full month in this clean, comfortable home, which was so well equipped, we 'wanted for nothing.' The quiet community location is within walking distance of key local activities and services. The owners were both attentive and informative, providing information on all aspects of the accommodation, along with maps and brochures, etc., on surrounding destinations. We were truly fortunate to find this lovely residence, and completely enjoyed our time in beautiful southwestern Arizona!
