Location, location, location! Our condo is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Breckenridge. A short 3 minute walk to Main Street to enjoy all the shopping and restaurants the town has to offer. Walk a few blocks to the QuickSilver Super Chair lift to Peak 9 or take the free bus from the bus stop located right outside the front of the building to the Gondola, the fastest way to Peak 8 or 7.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers you the perfect mountain retreat. All the comforts of home. Enjoy the updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace after a long day of skiing. The living room also offers plentiful seating, a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with wooded and mountain views.

The cozy Master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The Master bathroom offers a shower stall with a rainmaker shower head. Second bedroom has bunk beds with FULL size mattresses and a twin size trundle. Hall bath features a bath/shower combo.

When you enter the property you are greeted with a beautiful vaulted atrium with cozy seating areas giving you the feel of a true lodge experience. On-site amenities include an underground parking garage, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, outdoor hot tub, and a seated patio area with built in barbecue grills.

Everyone will enjoy the activities at Carter Park, located right next door. In the winter Carter park offers a sledding hill (we have a couple of sleds in the condo for your use), playground and pavilion. In the summer, sand volleyball and tennis courts. There is a trailhead located at the park that is great for hiking, snow shoeing or mountain biking.

Restaurants, shopping, recreation center, grocery store, post office, ice skating rink are all within walking distance!

Convenient and Comfortable

This condo was recently renovated. It looks nice and clean in the current VRBO pictures but was way beyond expectations once we were inside. It was comfortable and conveniently located. We never had to get in our car. We walked to the peak 9 base/lifts every morning and walked to dinner every evening. Can't wait to come back again in the summer!

Great stay here with friends. This condo is well cared for and provided the right relaxation I personally needed. The rest of the property also gets high marks as this complex clearly is full of owners with a high regard for property ownership.

Great mountain getaway!

The accommodations were very comfortable as well as affordable. It has been tastefully updated since these pictures were taken. Immaculately presented and clean. Easy access to Main St either by foot (a short walk) or via the free shuttle bus. Property offers access to shared hot tub and grilling area. Perfect for all year round access to Breckenridge. Very happy with this rental and will return!

EXCELLENT! Can't wait to go back!

Clean, spacious, comfortable condo! Just steps to Carter Park (for sledding) and a very quick walk to tons of downtown restaurants and the Quicksilver lift. Plenty of parking, clean/open kitchen and a great mountain 'feel'. We have stayed in this particular unit multiple times (since the owners were so easy to work with) and would definitely go back! Best place in Breck in my opinion!

GREATEST Getaway EVER!!!

My family and I wanted a long weekend getaway in March, and stayed here. The place is roomy, comfortable and immaculate! The free bus to the gondola was used EVERY day! The kitchen was perfect but, we only used it for breakfasts because there were so many fantastic restaurants in WALKING distance!!!! The kids had a blast, they were easily entertained and my husband and I had plenty of time for ourselves. The girls loved shopping, the boys loved gaming and we all enjoyed this condo! If we are able to work out our schedules for another "getaway", I would not hesitate staying here again! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Breckenridge! I'm already looking into fall openings!

Wonderful place

We had a family get together in Breckenridge, with events at Carter Park. It was very nicely appointed, comfortable and nice view of the park. This place is within walking distance to anything in Breckenridge. We had a great time! The owner was very easy to work with and everything went very smoothly.
