The home is located less than 900 ft from the beach with deeded access.

Less than 5 minute WALK to the beach. Spacious (over 1800 SQ/FT), fully furnished 3 bedroom 3 bath half duplex on a quiet street. Property has deeded beach access and is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, marinas and all beach activities. The local Trolley passes by often.

Sleeps up to 8: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's and Blu-ray players. FREE cable and WiFi included. All linens, bathroom towels, and kitchenware provided. Full kitchen. Washer & Dryer in unit.

There are many extras provided, including Weber grill, 4 adult and 2 children's bicycles, 1 adult tricycle, 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, and a beach wagon with cooler.

Unit has one carport space plus ample driveway parking for four more cars.

Please note: This rental is for Families only. NO college partying students. We have a 30 year old min age requirement for the booking person who also must be present at check in and during the entire stay. If we find that you arranged the rental under false pretenses, you will not be allowed to check in.

Amazing Vacation!

My family of 5 (children ages 15, 12, & 5) recently stayed at Anchorage Palms I and what an amazing stay it was. The accommodations were spectacular and we had everything we needed for a great beach vacation - beach towels, umbrella, toys, chairs, cooler, wagon. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owners while in Fort Meyers Beach when they checked in just to make sure we had everything we needed!! We loved that the beach was literally just a 3 minute walk and we will definitely be back next year!!

Perfect location, also for families

We enjoyed the stay very much. It really exceeded our expectations!

- Everything was very spacious

- A lot of extras like bikes, toys for kids, beach chair and various beach equipments

- Very tidy, very cleaned up (which made my wife happy :-) )

- The beach is maybe a 3 minutes walk away, there is also a beach wagon (handcart) which makes transportation very comfortable

- Quite area, lovely neighbours, friendly owners and property manager...

- This house had a higher price than our other accomodations - but now we know why!

This big house unit made our holidays very special, we even had a barbecue there with friends.

This was one of our most relaxing and rejuvenating vacations we have ever had.

Our rental was more than we could have asked for. Beautifully decorated, extremely spacious and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Don was fantastic with managing our stay and the owners are lovely, warm people. These folks have thought of it all - beach chairs and cooler, outdoor grill, bicycles... we couldn't be happier and will definitely be returning!

Spacious and convenient

We rented this home the end of February with our family (3 kids) and my folks. The 3 bed and 3 bath was very convenient. This place has tons of space. I was a little worried that because it was a duplex that we might have issues hearing the neighbors, but we didn't here a peep, and they were more than friendly. Lots of beach goodies in the garage and a large wagon to pull them the 1 block to the beach. Owners and manager were very nice and great to work with.

Beautiful and clean

We stayed at this place with two other couples and really enjoyed the location and the spacious accommodations. This duplex had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed the beach and the wagon that was supplied with beach chairs was an extra bonus. There was a lot to do in the surrounding areas. Traffic was a bit of a nightmare because of the construction, but we learned how to avoid it most of the time. We would love to come back again sometime.

I was very impressed with the property. It was very clean and well equipped.

There was 6 of us staying here and there was plenty of room for us all. It was very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. I would recommend this property to all my friends. There is not many attractions close by but with the trolley you could easily get to anything. The only thing I would improve on would be the amount of towels for showers.
