We bought this property for many reasons; primarily for its convenience. The location of the bus routes means vacationers do not have to sit on the full east vail loop, first off, last on. Additionally, the nearby grocery and liquor store means we rarely need to use our vehicles. Most importantly, we love the charm and comfort of this unit and hope that you do too!

Overall experience was wonderful.

Living spaces very comfortable. loved the dinning table and living room. Kitchen very updated and functional. The bathrooms could use an update but did not spend much time there anyway. We would return if the opportunity ever arose. KRL

Property was nice, as presented on website.

Lots of very young folks that were out of control and were yelling near our open windows and keeping us up most of the second night of our stay. It started at 11:30 pm one lasted until 4:30 in the morning. The condo above us had a group staying there that could care less about anyone but themselves. We told them to be quite but with little luck. A lot of swearing and yelling, both male and female. Very disappointing end to a beautiful stay in a nice condo. Almost called owner but it would just wake one more person up and we didn’t feel it would help anyway. I guess we should have called the police.

Vail Jazz weekend!

Garbage in bathroom was not emptied and living room is in need of a couple of floor lamps, as well as bed side lamps in spare bedroom, otherwise we loved it. Nice quiet area!

Very enjoyable stay!

The condo was clean and the owner was very responsive and kind. The location is perfect, just a quick drive to the village (you can just take the frontage road if you want). Incredible hiking trails start right down the street and the little market next door had everything we needed as well as a good cup of coffee.
