|Minimum Stay||1 - 5 nights|
This condo is one of our most deluxe units aviailable. Located on the second floor which captures the tradewinds and over looks the pool into the ocean blue out front. The unit has been painted with colors that captures the colors you will see on a Molokai sunset. Tiled throughout and all new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. Comes with Wifi and a smart TV. Queen size bed in bedroom. Many touches throughtout. Winter time you can sit on the lanai and see the humpback whales in the channel. Only one mile from town.
Kaunakakai Town is about 2 minutedrive and that is where most of the groceries, art shops, gift stores, mini markets, restaurants, equipment rentals and our county offices. The east end of Molokai with other great little beaches, a playground for the little ones and a small market with takeout foods is a good hour drive. There are many things to see and do on Molokai but most are all outdoors. If you like to paddle rent a kayak or Stand up board and paddle over our barrier reef. Molokai is about entertaining yourselves, although Hotel Molokai on a Friday Night is entertaining itself!
On Molokai's West end you will find some unspoiled beaches. There is Kepuhi Beach and it is great for surfing in the winter months and perfect for swimming/snorkeling in the summer months. Just a short walk from there and over the old golf course is the Papohaku Beach to the longest white sand beach in the state of Hawaii. Very rough in the winter months and cannot swim, but awesome to watch the waves break in and in the summer months great for long ocean swims and shell finding. A short walk to the left brings you to Make Horse with lots of little tide pools for taking a cold tub or letting the little ones catch the little fish. Nice beach hike can be done from Paniolo Hale to the point.
20 minutes take a Cook House with indoor and outdoor seating, the coffee Plantation, Coffees of Hawaii which has a coffee bar and Wi-Fi and a gift shop, along with some other shops.

Kitchen was clean. NO condiments, salt, pepper. Sugar, cooking oil. Zippo! Had a roll and a half of paper towels. Eating utensils are worse than what was available in a college dormitory. The pots and pans were minimal at best. We were able to buy Saran Wrap so we could microwave. What you have is a kitchen that is stripped bare. Bring earplugs, The Roosters outside start up at about 3 30 am in the morning. Compared to most VRBO this one does not seem to have any pride of ownership. I would somewhat blame it on the management company. Because of that there is no owners touches. The entire complex is a bit worn out but there aren't a lot of choices in Molokai.
