Footprints in the Sand was built in 1992 and offers guests and incredible beach vacation value. With four bedrooms and two baths, this home has plenty of room to sleep eight.
You will be greeted by the sounds of the waves crashing on the pristine Alabama coast line just 500 feet from your large partially covered deck. The serene two minute walk to the uncrowded public access beach is easy on the level paved Bernard Court East. Some extra advantages to the home's location are: bay views to the north, a quiet neighborhood where it is easy to relax, and a professionally manicured lawn around the home which is perfect for lawn games or picnics.
Inside, the two story home lays out with the living room, dining area, and kitchen all sharing most of the main floor with access to the front partially covered deck and the screened porch, which sits on the north side of the home. The screened porch will be your haven for relaxing in the evenings with your favorite drink while watching the sun melt into Mobile Bay.
Recent renovations have been made to the home April 2018! These renovations include: new paint inside the entire home, a completely remodeled kitchen, new dining and living room furniture, wood floors throughout the first story and new carpet on the stairs!
The main floor also includes two queen bedrooms that share a common full bathroom. The full sized washer and dryer are also located on the first floor next to the kitchen.
Upstairs you will find two large guest bedrooms featuring queen beds and sharing a common full bathroom. The east facing bedroom features a spacious private balcony with spectacular views of Mobile Bay to the north and limited views of the Gulf of Mexico to the south.
