Pam & I bought this property as a second home for us. Our children and friends have enjoyed sharing in this home with us. We look forward to our time on the island and at the condo each year.

Great time at Brockington Marsh!

We had everything we needed in Unit 350. It was very clean upon our arrival, nice furniture, accents, and appliances. The three of us had plenty of room. We were close (within 5 - 10 minutes) of most things on St. Simon's Island - restaurants, grocery, marina, gasoline, etc. We enjoyed the pool on one particularly warm evening. This is a great location at the right price.

Perfect get away

We stayed here with another couple for a week. It was a pleasant place to stay. Pool was wonderful after time at the beach. We were the only ones using it! The condo was just the right size and location from activities. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the cats that either lived in or visited the parking area. We did have a problem with the entryway code once. We called Chip and he immediately fixed it.

Beautiful, comfortable property.

Perfect getaway!

We're so happy we found this condo! We love visiting St. Simons, but this was our first time using VRBO. The owner, Chip, was very helpful and the condo had everything we needed and more. It was very clean with comfortable furnishings, beds and nice linens. The location is perfect for accessing all the Golden Isles and anywhere on St. Simons you would want to visit. Close to all of our favorite places to eat, shop and visit! We will definitely be back!
