About Randy & Nanci Johnson

Randy & Nanci both grew up on rural Wisconsin farms in St. Croix County, WI. We have lived in Hudson, WI since 1987 and the same home since 1992. We have raised all our children in Hudson. Hudson, WI is on the St. Croix River and is a small charming Historic town with a Marina, Hudson is known as the bedroom community to Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Randy has worked at Andersen Windows all his life since he graduated in 1977 and can retire in May of 2015. Nanci is currently a licensed Realtor/Broker Associate in WI & MN for Edina Realty, Inc. and has been providing Real Estate Services since 1992. We have owned rental property and decided it was time to sell in WI and fell in love with The Villages, Florida area so we did a 1031 exchange and purchased our new Designer Wisteria home in October of 2013 in The Village of Collier near the new Brownwood Paddock Square.

Why Randy & Nanci Johnson chose Collier

During our search for the perfect home we fell in love with this home and decided this was the one for us. We loved the open space and the expresso finish on the cabinets along with the screened lanai screened with landscaping. Loved birdseye view of golfers from our breakfast nook of Sandhill Executive Course. The Owner's sweet was nice size and offered a large walk-in closet and the loved the double counter height sink vanity and the walk in large tiled shower. Our home has a double garage and is surrounded by many homes that would be considered much higher in value than ours so that definitely was a plus. What sealed the deal was that we could access a shortcut golf cart trail that would give us a short 3 minute ride to Brownwood Paddock Square right behind the Regional new Eisenhower Rec Center as well as around the corner from The Collier Neighborhood Pool. We loved the idea that in three to 5 years everything will be still fresh and more mature!

We loved everything about the home and felt this would be perfect for anyone who would like to come down and enjoy The Villages. New and fresh in a great location.

Great property in the Collier neighborhood

What a beautiful home! The location was perfect. It was very near Eisenhower center as well as Brownwood. The pools were close which made my grandchildren very happy.

It was extremely well furnished. I can't think of anything we wished for that wasn't there. There were loads of towels,(including beach towels) and sheets. Many hangers were even available. There were plenty of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, soaps, etc to get us started on a great stay. The necessary spices (salt, pepper and others) were there.

The 4 person golf cart was great. There were also 2 nice bikes, although we did not use them.

The owners, Nanci and Randy were so helpful, walking us through some minor issues.

Don and BK came when we arrived to give us an orientation of the home.

I would totally recommend this property to all, and would rent again should we decide to come to The Villages.

Best Yet!

We've rented in the villages 4 times and this home is by far the cleanest, best presented and very well equipped. Great location convenient to everything and in one of the newer sections. Pool is close by and the Rec. center is a block behind the home. Definitely a home away from home!

The Villages rental

Very good rental home. Convenient location to all activities we were interested in doing. Ideal location for playing 3 different golf courses late in the day as none were no more than a 5 minute golf cart ride from the house. Both gas & groceries are close also. Property mgrs. were very accommodating.
