Superbly Located On Ocean Blvd directly across from the Pacific Ocean and Bluff Park with steps to the Beach across the Street

This Home was recently remodeled throughout. There are Hardwood Floors throughout the Living Areas and Stone in all Bathrooms.

The Property is the Entire Ground Floor only.

When you walk through the Front door you will enter into an Ocean View Living Room which is Bright and Open, you will see The Gourmet Kitchen with Ocean Views which is a Chefs delight with All the Appliances needed. There is Center Island with Carrera Marble and Bistro Seating for 4.Through an Archway, you enter the Dining Room which has seating for 10 with partial Ocean Views. There are doors to the Outside from the Living Room, Kitchen & Dining Room which for allows Great Entertaining.

The Front Patio has built in seating to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and a Firepit.

All Bedrooms have something different to offer,

*The Blue Room has an Ocean View with a Queen Bed

*The Jacuzzi Suite has an Oversized Jet Tub & Shower that leads to the Rear Patio and Garden with a Queen Bed

*The Canopy Suite features a Mombasa with a CA King Bed & the Bathroom has a Large shower.

*The Patio Room leads directly onto the Rear Patio, with a Queen Bed

* The Ocean View Living Room has 2 Sofa Beds,

*Additional Queen Airbeds are available upon amount of guests staying or Per Request

*All doors have extra locking devices to Protect young children.

*The Gated Private Garden is large for Kids to run around and dogs to Play, with a rear deck and Outside Dining Area and a Propane BBQ & 2 Firepits , propane and wood are the honor system , Guesta take a bit and leave a bit.

*There is Free Wi-Fi,

I just love the Long Beach location, You can be In LA or Orange County so quickly its so in the middle, which is great for both business and fun. its so convenient. Also the people here are so diverse and friendly.

What makes this villa unique

I fell in love with this home for the View and the Architecture and that you can walk to Second street & the Beach with shops & restaurants only 3 blocks away.

Great location!

Great location near beach and restaurants. The front door was broken and the noise/echo's from the people upstairs were a little loud. But other than that the house was beautiful, older but had character with great/fun decor. The host and manager were great, very nice and quick to respond. I'd recommend staying here but maybe not if you're a light sleeper:)

Awesome views, perfect location, great experience!

We had so much fun this last weekend. This property is definitely the best place I've ever stayed and that includes other house/villa rentals as well as resorts. I travel frequently for work and I'm also no stranger to "staycations" and/or weekend getaways, so I've stayed in many properties over the years.

From the very beginning, Susan was incredibly responsive. She ensured we were comfortable with our purchase and she went out of her way to provide easy directions for the house. She also made an effort to connect with us shortly after arrival to ensure we got settled and that the rental met our expectations. Additionally, she provided some recommendations for things to do nearby.

I'd recommend this property to anyone, and I'll absolutely be staying here again sometime this summer.

Beautiful Home!

This space was great for our group of 10. The rooms were well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and super helpful. She was delightful. The only con of the house was the front door construction but was told it would be taken care of soon (so it may not affect future renters). Overall, so worth it!

Beautiful old home

We stayed 2 nights here to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. We loved the charm and character of this old home and the location was great. A little noisy due to proximity of a major street but the view was spectacular and Susan the owner was very attentive to our needs. Overall we loved it. Thank you Susan for your hospitality.

A beautiful view

Stayed in this property with several family members and friends when attending a wedding in Long Beach. Redone historic (1920s?) house; conveniently located between the downtown area and Belmont Shore. Found a coffee shop and small grocery store within a short walking distance. After crossing the street, and green area seen in the main photo, it is an easy walk down a flight of stairs to the beach. Lovely view of the ocean from the front porch and living room - no obstruction from buildings. House also has many nice outside areas. Due to the unseasonably cold weather, and rain, we didn't get to enjoy those spots as much as I would have liked. Did spend a nice time, late one afternoon, sitting on the front porch, sipping a glass of wine, and watching the sun set. Inside the house, the bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen are very much as pictured - nicely redone. Comfortable beds and linens. A well-appointed kitchen. Front door was in disrepair, but owner was in the process of replacing as soon as the rains ended. My family and friends thought it was a great place for our stay.

Things to be aware of: 2 bedrooms have connected bathrooms. 2 other bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. That worked for my group, but might not work for every group. Front bedroom is separated from the main common area by folding doors and curtains - so it works better for the earliest riser. Property is the ground floor; upstairs is separately rented. Noise from the top floor carries down. One morning, an energetic toddler was running laps upstairs. One night, upstairs guests were up late with music, conversation, and footfalls. I called the owner who was very responsive in getting them to quiet down. Garages do not have remotes to open doors, so someone must get out of car, go through gate, and open door from the inside. It would have been nice to have some wood/logs available to burn in the outdoor fireplaces; I checked a grocery store but couldn't find any. None of these factors would prevent me from staying in the house again.

The Broadway strip with shops, Restaurants bars is only 3 blocks away,it's an easy walk.

The supermarket is a 5 min walk

Second Street is a 10 min walk.

Also the Red passport bus which takes you to all attractions in Long Beach, is 80 yards away and runs till midnight.
