Superbly Located On Ocean Blvd directly across from the Pacific Ocean and Bluff Park with steps to the Beach across the Street

This Home was recently remodeled throughout. There are Hardwood Floors throughout the Living Areas and Stone in all Bathrooms.

The Property is the Entire Ground Floor only.

When you walk through the Front door you will enter into an Ocean View Living Room which is Bright and Open, you will see The Gourmet Kitchen with Ocean Views which is a Chefs delight with All the Appliances needed. There is Center Island with Carrera Marble and Bistro Seating for 4.Through an Archway, you enter the Dining Room which has seating for 10 with partial Ocean Views. There are doors to the Outside from the Living Room, Kitchen & Dining Room which for allows Great Entertaining.

The Front Patio has built in seating to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset and a Firepit.

All Bedrooms have something different to offer,

*The Blue Room has an Ocean View with a Queen Bed

*The Jacuzzi Suite has an Oversized Jet Tub & Shower that leads to the Rear Patio and Garden with a Queen Bed

*The Canopy Suite features a Mombasa with a CA King Bed & the Bathroom has a Large shower.

*The Patio Room leads directly onto the Rear Patio, with a Queen Bed

* The Ocean View Living Room has 2 Sofa Beds,

*Additional Queen Airbeds are available upon amount of guests staying or Per Request

*All doors have extra locking devices to Protect young children.

*The Gated Private Garden is large for Kids to run around and dogs to Play, with a rear deck and Outside Dining Area and a Propane BBQ & 2 Firepits , propane and wood are the honor system , Guesta take a bit and leave a bit.

*There is Free Wi-Fi,

The house is very nice but needs a few updates. It is decorated very nice. The problem we ran into was with 18 people in the house we had to share bathrooms. None of the inside doors have locks. We had a few surprises before we hired one of the kids to be the door monitor. The garages are very small. We were not able to use one of them. We also had to buy things we thought would come with the house like toilet paper. The owner is kind of hard to get a hold of so I found calling works out better. The beach shone in the picture is not a good beach. Garbage is everywhere so it is worth either walking or driving down further. We really did enjoy the place.

Great locartion, near many activities for family but house need improvements.

Great location & house is right across the beach! Beautiful sunsets & sunrises...near many vacation activities for family. It was a surprise to me that the house has many water damages, the bathroom showers leaked or did not work, the whirlpool has no instructions to operate and no knobs were visible to make it work. These are really small things that take away how great the property really is! The kitchen was well equipped & large, the front & back porches provided a lot of entertainment possibilities. Like some of the previous review mentioned it is not very sound proof. You can hear the upstairs activities. Overall, it is a nice property for family & couples to enjoy what California outdoor can offer.

Pros: Beautiful older home in a very convenient location. Cons: no A/C and noisy

We stayed for a week in the main house and rented one of the separate upstairs units for part of the week. This is a beautiful historic home in a fantastic location. It's across the street from the beach and walking distance to a plethora of restaurants and shops.

One night the top floor was rented to another group and it was very noisy. You could hear hear everything happening above you. I read this comment in some of the other reviews and think this could be a real deal breaker for your stay. Also, the house has no A/C. While this may be fine most of the year, it was in the high 80's and 90' and it was miserably hot during the day.

So while it's a great house and the owner was a pleasure to work with, the potential for noisy upstairs neighbors and no A/C would deter me from renting again.

Beautiful house and wonderful owner-but can be loud

Beautiful house, great location, but this rental is only the bottom floor, there are two other separate rentals upstairs. Two of the 3 nights we were there, there were parties upstairs and it was loud. The owner is very nice and responsive and she called them to quiet down. We should have rented the whole house!

Location is great

The rental process was smooth and the managing people were nice. Linen were good. Fridge and TV were good. The house, however, is in a lot worse condition than reflected in the pictures. For example: 1) hardwood floor is broken at too many spots and some knobs were missing in the cabinets. 2) more than one window glass were cracked. Kitchen chairs were not in stable condition. 3) no bathroom towel holder in the master bathroom. 4) Doors and windows were very old and were about to be broken. We were afraid to touch anything. I drove my group crazy by citing the 14-page rental agreement with all what to do and not to do things. We thought we're gonna walk into a fully functional brand new house. Anyway we still had a good time and I would probably book it again but probably after a little bit of repairs.

I just love the Long Beach location, You can be In LA or Orange County so quickly its so in the middle, which is great for both business and fun. its so convenient. Also the people here are so diverse and friendly.

What makes this villa unique

I fell in love with this home for the View and the Architecture and that you can walk to Second street & the Beach with shops & restaurants only 3 blocks away.

Steps to the Ocean Boardwalk are just across the street for biking, rollerblading or walking and there are 3 restaurants with an Ocean View all a 5 min walk away.

Belmont plaza Outdoor Pool is also less than a 10 min walk away.

The Broadway strip with shops, Restaurants bars is only 3 blocks away,it's an easy walk.

The supermarket is a 5 min walk

Second Street is a 10 min walk.

Also the Red passport bus which takes you to all attractions in Long Beach, is 80 yards away and runs till midnight.
