About the property

GREAT LOCATION! Can sleep 6. 2 BDR( Q beds in each) 1 full sofa sleeper/2 Bath.

My condo is warm, comfortable, relaxing and well cared for. It's a 2 level end unit with a ground level entry. There are two bedrooms, both with Queen beds on the second floor (there is also a "Pack and Play" crib available) and two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The sleeper sofa with a new posturepedic mattress is along side a lovely gas fireplace in the living room on first floor and a Kitchen that has all you need.

The condo is fully furnished. There are extra linens in each room and plenty bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths in each bathroom. Dish soap, coffee, decaf, tea, sugar, sweet and low and even small shampoos, conditioner, lotions and a hair dryer are provided.

Also, there are two flat screen High Def TV's. One is in a bedroom the other by the fireplace in the living room with A DVD player, stereo and Internet are available for your use . There are a hand full of board games to play.

There is a small lawn outside the front door with a picnic table for lounging in the spring, summer and fall.There are 2 coin operated washers and dryers just around the corner. The condo includes a one parking space in a shared, heated 3 car garage for midsize vehicles (on property) and one parking pass for an additional vehicle also on property .

The indoor/outdoor a pool and hots are accessible just a few short blocks away. There are changing rooms so won't have to walk home wet.

The Free Ride bus stop is just across the street and will take you to the far end of town and to the transfer center and Gondola. You can catch the free Summit Stage there and it can take you to Keystone, Copper mountain and A-basin ski areas. Buses in Summit County are free.

The Snowflake lift is 100 steps away which gives you access to all 5 peaks. Ski Hill run is just across the street and makes it easy for you to go home for lunch and warm up by the fire place.

My condo a short 1 1/2 block walk Main street and many restaurants, entertainment, shops, ski / snowboard and bike rentals, bike paths, the River Walk Center and local theaters. You don't have to deal with Finding parking in the busy town of Breckenridge!

Fishing, ice skating, backpacking, sledding are also near by. It's a Great location!!! YOU'LL LOVE IT

Why Kelly Collins chose Breckenridge

Location, location, location!! Its less than 1/2 block to the Snowflake lift and 4 O'clock run is right across the street. So Its almost ski in ski out. Main street and down town are only 1 1/2 block so you don't have to deal with finding and paying for parking or main street traffic. The indoor/out door pool and hots are awesome! Plus all the other amenities close by. Its great to be able to walk almost every where in town. Breckenridge's small town feel and friendly people made me feel at home at once. Not to mention how close other activities are (camping, rafting, fishing, sailing, hiking, biking)

What makes this condo unique

Many of the items in the unit were inherited from my Mother and Grand Parents. I really like that it's a 2 story end unit. It limits the walking traffic a and noise from neighbors. I love to sit out side and enjoy the passing sky and fresh air on the grass or picnic table out front. The heated garage is also a plus in the winter! It gives me Joy to share these thing with others.

Everything you need in a great location!

So convenient! Just a block from the Snowflake lift and across the street from Four O'Clock Run -- so close that we skied back for lunch. Also a quick walk to shops and restaurants in the evenings. Everything was perfect -- thanks Kelly!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in early March 2018. Kelly was very helpful. She met us at the condo and provided us with all the information we needed. The unit is a quick walk to the snowflake lift, which is very convenient. The downstairs is very cozy--nice warm fireplace. It is separate from the bedrooms upstairs, which provided nice separate space. We would definitely come back.

Cozy and convenient

Kelly was a wonderful host! She met us at the house, had maps, information booklets and discount ski lift tickets. The house was extremely clean and vey well-stocked. Conveniently located within walking distance of Snowflake lift to start our day, and an easy walk from the bottom of Four O'Clock trail to end our day. We were able to easily walk to and from town as well. The best part was the fireplace....turned on with a easy! Thanks again for everything, Kelly!

Comfortable accommodation for two couples

Great location! Our group had two skiers and two non-skiers. The skiers enjoyed true ski in/ski out convenience and we were also only steps from town. I think the space was perfect for two couples. The space is rustic, filled with personal touches and surprisingly quiet. I was most impressed by the kitchen. Unlike other rentals, this kitchen was truly filled with the necessities: tupperware, foil, a few spices...I even found birthday candles (which was great because we were celebrating a birthday)! It's all organized and at your fingertips. The wifi was a little troublesome. Kelly was easy to work with and a great host!

A great location

We really enjoyed the location of this property. We were able to walk just a few blocks to all the restaurants and bars of downtown after a night of skiing. In the morning, we walked two blocks and jumped on the lift. This was really a great place for a guys ski weekend.

My condo, "The Retreat" #18" , is a comfortable and cozy two story end unit. A 100 steps or so to the Snowflake ski lift and you can ski down Ski Hill run, walk across the street and your home. A free county bus to town and other towns, shopping and ski areas such as Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, The outlet stores, Copper MT, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and the out skirts of Breckenridge is across the street. A short walk (about a block) to down town makes easy access to many shops, restaurants, bars and lots of entertainment. Other close by activities include ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, Cross county skiing, hiking, fishing,(guided or unguided) and rafting for a few. There are many shops that have whatever equipment need to rent. Parking on property is one space in a shared 3 car heated garage for a midsize vehicle. Also included is one parking pass for one additional vehicle on property. "The Village" ( 450 Village Rd) hot tubs and pool access is only a few blocks away. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, along with a full kitchen, full bath, HD flat screen TV, stereo, and new queen pull out sofa bed on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms both with queen beds (one has a HD flat screen TV) and a full bath. I also have a Pac and Play crib available. The unit sleeps 6 total.
