Private first floor suite part of main house with outside patio and mountain views.

Private entrance, 600 sqft, living/dining space, separate alcove bedroom, coffee station and bathroom. Bedroom has a queen bed and a settee bench, TV, dresser and closet. Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and clothes washer/dryer. Note: There is no stove for cooking. Whole Foods is 10 blocks away. The apartment has a private patio with outdoor furniture and gas grill. Note: The apartment has an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler), but does not have an A/C.

The property is located in the heart of downtown Boulder, in one of the most friendly neighborhoods in town. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, Pearl Street Mall, Boulder Creek, etc. Pine Street has a designated bike lane and you can get around on bike (or foot) very easily.

About Ted

We, our two small daughters and our super friendly golden retriever live on the property. After spending many years living in the East Coast we were ready to move to Boulder and enjoy a completely different and amazing lifestyle. We absolutely love Boulder and hope you enjoy our City as much as we do!

Clean, plenty of space, and conveniently located

This was our first trip using VRBO and Ted & Claudia made the process very easy. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Claudia met us when we arrived at the house to say hello. The unit was clean and plenty spacious for the 2 of us. It was also nice to have all of the essentials stocked for us. It was only 2 blocks to Pearl Street, so we didn't have to drive anywhere for coffee or food. We will definitely try to stay here again when we go back to Boulder!

Boulder June visit

This was the second time we rented the property, and surprised that the stove and refridgator was remove but it was explained to us the reason why. Good location for a quick walk to Pearl street, and the street parking was convienent. Very clean and well equipped. We will continue to come back. The owner was very accommodating with our requests.

Great apartment - Great location!

Our stay at Ted and Claudia's apartment was wonderful. The apartment was immaculate and everything we could have hoped for. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Location was great, easy walking distance to Pearl Street with all the restaurants and shops. Ted and Claudia were very approachable and easy to work with. Thanks Ted and Claudia and we look forward to staying with you on our next visit.
