This elegant single-level home can comfortably accommodate 4-5 guests. Located in the heart of affluent Hampstead, complete with a large private garden, it's a perfect base for your London stay.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ample wardrobes, dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, double sinks, marble floor and underfloor heating. There is also air conditioning in the master bedroom which is a glorious boon on hot summer's days. A wall mounted TV completes the decoration.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Comes complete with an en-suite bathroom, heated floors, a walk-in shower, ample wardrobe space and a wall mounted TV,.

The third bedroom is arranged as a study with a murphy bed and built in wardrobe. It has direct access to a private terrace.

The third family bathroom has a granite basin, bath/shower combo and underfloor heating.

The stylish living room has a large 54 in smart TV with big cozy sofas and a coffee table. It's the perfect place to relax by the wood fire and read a book from the comprehensive library. The living room leads through to the dining room in the sunny conservatory and access to the large private garden.

The kitchen, which has direct access to the garden, is fully equipped with large Subzero refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Miele dishwasher, Aga electric/gas stove, microwave, marble countertops and handmade cabinetry and filtered water faucet.

The home also has a large utility room complete with a washer and dryer, laundry sink and storage.

The charming private garden has a gas BBQ, fountain, outdoor seating for 6 and further casual seating areas for 6. A perfect place to relax with your morning cup of coffee.

Dreamy perfection

Andrew’s flat is quite literally the nicest, most comfortable and well-appointed place that we’ve ever had the pleasure to book. The beautiful interior design details, gorgeous art, and thoughtful use of space were pure inspiration. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spotless and chic, the linens felt luxurious, and the stunning kitchen was a chef’s dream! Our family of four was visiting London over my boys’ Spring Break…the flat was so delightful that I was very tempted to stay in the entire time and skip the hustle and bustle of London tourism. With convenient public transit options nearby as well as a number of cafes, markets, restaurants and the gorgeous Hampstead Heath park, this location is difficult to beat. Very easy to get to Central London. If it had been a bit warmer during our visit, we would have spent more time in the expansive, beautiful garden. Andrew was a gracious and accommodating host and is extremely responsive. I hope to return one day and repeat our experience all over again. I highly and enthusiastically recommend booking this home if you’re looking for a luxury experience in a centrally located spot. Thank you for everything, Andrew!!

Lovely home, fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay here. The home is very stylish and cozy, with amazing natural light, comfortable beds and three full bathrooms. The neighborhood is fantastic -- walk to the heath and Parliament Hill, easy access to both underground and overground, as well as shops and restaurants. It's a very safe area, and gave us convenient access to all the tourist destinations without having to stay in the middle of them. Highly recommend.

Andrew’s flat was just like being at home while we were away! It was exactly as the photos showed, comfy, spacious and well-equipped! A short walk to the Tube gave us easy access to anywhere we wanted to be in London.We can’t wait to come back!

Would stay again!

This lovely home felt like ‘our’ home immediately. The master bed was comfortable, the master bathroom shower had great water pressure, the kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal, and it was just very nice to be able to make tea and toast and enjoy it in the dining/sun room, looking out to the garden. And the numerous books (and games) had me wanting to stay on for longer. Importantly, it’s very clean. Gorgeous walks on the Heath, lovely coffee shop in Belsize Park, easy access to downtown for shops, plays and such. Perfect.

Fantastic flat in a beautiful part of London

We spent a wonderful month at Andrew's flat in Hampstead near the Heath. The photos in the listing are an accurate representation of the living space. The flat is well appointed and maintained (the rental includes twice a week cleaning), and the outdoor garden space is lovely. It's very close to two Tube stops as well as the Overgound. There are many cafes and restaurants in short walking distance, and there's a gym around the corner that allows for daily and monthly usage. Overall, highly recommended.
