2 Bed/2 Bath With Rooftop Terrace! 1.5 Blocks From The Beach And Centre Of Town

This 3rd floor condo, built in 2008, was purchased and updated in 2013. 2 bedrooms/2 bath, 2 balcony's including a private, rooftop Terrace! It is only 1.5 blocks from the beach and town centre in Tamarindo, but is privately located on a quiet street with nothing but nature to the North and East. The beautiful 6ft deep pool in the grassy courtyard is wonderful to lounge around.

This rental includes all kitchen amenities, wi-fi, 2 Cable flatscreen T.V.'s,DVD player, I-pod dock/speakers (i-phone 5 or bring aux cable), safe, free maid service every 3 days, and A/C in both bedrooms and living area. The complex also has 24-hour security and key access to the complex entry.

Both bedrooms feature large closets with built-in storage. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be combined with a provided set of King sheets. This condo works perfectly for two couples or a small family.

Tamarindo boasts 40+ delectable restaurants (many RIGHT on the beach!), a stunningly long, white beach, friendly atmosphere and lively nightlife.

Great condo

We really like this condo complex, have stayed here for over 4 years. Chris's condo is situated on the third floor with a lovely terrace to enjoy evening meals and conversations with friends. The condo is well stocked and we really appreciated the beach chairs and boogey boards. The condo is a block from the beach and super close to 3 super markets. Night life surrounds the complex, but not to close to be loud. You will really enjoy how close you are to the many wonderful experiences of Costa Rica. Chris is a super host, he will answer all your queries very quickly. Maria the unit manager is also an amazing lady who will assist you with any complex unit issues. We certainly will continue to come back as long as we can.

Great place. Close to everything but slightly off the beaten path so quiet and relaxing

The condo is in a stellar location. Super close to the beach and central Tamarindo. It had all the basics we needed and beach extras like a cooler chairs and boogie boards. Very nice small complex with great gardens, a lovely pool and large top floor patio. My family of four found it worked out perfect for our two week stay. The manager, Maria, helped out with the few things we needed.

Perfect for a family of 4

We were very happy with the size of the condo. 2 bedrooms with a nice size family room and kitchen made for a smooth vacation. We love to cook some of our meals so having that option was great. The pool and patio were also nice. Parking was easy and safe. The condo was quiet and in the mornings the birds are amazing. Quick access to beach and shops. Also central location for day trips up and down the coast.

Perfect location for beach and town

We really enjoyed staying in this roomy condo. It was perfectly stocked with amenities to allow you to cook and be comfortable. Quick walk to the beach or town. The condo was clean, with extremely helpful around the clock staff.

I absolutely loved the location of the condo in Tamarindo. The security fellows (Ray,George and Jose) are awesome. I never met Maria so can not speak to that . Chris is really good to deal with via email and good to reply to promptly . I would stay here again no question
