Located on a heavily treed property and minutes to the Rose Bowl or Old Town Pasadena. 10 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles, half an hour to the beach, 45 minutes to Disneyland, and less than two hours to Big Bear Lake or Palm Springs. It's a perfect home-base for exploring the region, or as an escape from Los Angeles.
Private off- street parking, private entrance and fully-equipped kitchen, large 42" flat screen TV, (ROKU with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon) and wifi, Queen bed with Tempurpedic mattress in the bedroom. We also have a fold out twin bed for an additional guest or child.
Well-insulated, the apartment stays warm in winter and cool in summer, with a wall AC unit in the bedroom. The floors are Walnut hardwood and the kitchen and bath countertops are quartz.The furnishings are an artful mix of modern classics and mid-century pieces.
The private patio includes: a stacked washer/dryer, gas barbecue, and elegant seating for two, designated only for your use.
The apartment is the lower part of our house. We are hospitality-100; we enjoy meeting our guests, and giving them their privacy. We are a family of four, and sometimes our footsteps can be heard underneath by some, not a problem for most.
We enjoyed our stay at Dyane and Lorrie's place. The descriptions of it were pretty accurate. They took good care of us - responded quickly to our questions and issues. Their place was cozy although a little tight for three. The location felt woodsy yet was conveniently close to stores and freeways. For those who are not familiar with Pasadena/LA area they had a nice list of eateries and popular locations for their guests. All in all our stay was a nice experience.
The apartment is well organized, and the layout is excellent. There is plenty of space to hang clothes and store luggage. It is in a great location, and in a nice neighborhood. The bed is especially comfortable! Dyane answered our questions very promptly, and we were really pleased with our stay.
This was our second stay at this property and it is as advertised. The unit is clean and the owners are very easy to work with. It is located in Eagle Rock and is close to everything we do while visiting LA. The bed is comfortable, the bath is small but efficient and you have a fridge, stove and microwave. We really like the grocery store being so close and access to the freeways is great. We also like to walk in the mornings and thanks to a book in the unit we found some awesome neighborhood stairs that will start your day off right without having to drive anywhere. It is not totally perfect but it sure works for us and we would recommend.
Though i was a long way from home (in NJ), it was as if this bungalow was my own. Loved this place!
The property was very clean and roomy for two. Close to cute restaurants and coffee shops.
Excellent location for our stay in Southern California visiting our family in Pasadena and in West Hollywood. Conveniently located less than 5 min from the 134. Love the private keyless entry and courtyard. Quiet, comfortable, clean and cool designed interior. Would definitely stay there again when in Pasadena.
Dyane & Corrie's suite is situated in a great location close to Old Pasadena & the Rose Bowl.
The unit is exceptionally clean and everything was thought of, even a barbecue & washer/dryer provided on the patio. We enjoyed the private patio every morning & evening. It was definitely a quiet & relaxing place to come home to after a busy day touring the area.

The apartment is located just 2 miles from the Rose Bowl, The Rose Bowl Parade and Old Town Pasadena. It is located in a very quiet and treed neighborhood.
