Come spend your vacation in our impeccable updated California Spanish style second home. This exceptional home is perfect for business professionals attending conferences and leisure travelers alike. Moms and Dads appreciate the ease and comfort of a home instead of a hotel. Our large main front unit in a four-plex located near 4th St allows an easy walk to trendy retro-row shopping and dining (www.4thstreetlongbeach.com), quick access to the beach via foot or car (www.longbeach.gov/park/park-and-facilities/directory/bluff-park/) and is on the bus line to downtown. Guests have often commented about the ease of shopping for groceries at Ralph's literally across the street.

The open concept living area includes a well equipped kitchen with newer GE Profile appliances, quartz countertops, microwave, crockpot, and enough pots and pans and dishes to prepare a feast for a crowd. A private patio situated off the dining room, with a separate entrance from the master bedroom, has seating for six at an outdoor table and a small and large Weber kettle grills. There are two TV's, one 50 inch in the living area and a 32 inch on in the master bedroom. Sleeping accommodations for six: king bed in the master, queen in 2nd bedroom and two twins in bedroom 3. Master has it's own 3/4 bath, and hall has a full bath. There is on-site laundry and a double garage, plus plenty of additional parking on the street.

About Charlie Gerretson

After searching several warm locales from Florida to Arizona for a winter retreat from Colordo, we settled on redoing the existing large apartment in our Long Beach 4-plex. We like a walkable neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. So we are sharing this space as we wait to hit full retirement in a couple years. The other three units are full time occupied with long term tenants in the 30-65 age range, so it's not a place to rent if you plan late night parties/events at the property.

Why Charlie Gerretson chose Bluff Heights

As our second home where we stay 8-10 weeks a year, it's very well kept up and things are improved and updated regularly. Three year old couches and LR chairs were replaced with ones of much higher quality. Since we primarily cook at home and like to entertain, we have lots of cookware, and even items like commercial baking sheets, a salad spinner, electric corkscrew, Henckels knives. The frig has a rapid cool or defrost option. In door water and ice.

Everything worked out perfectly for my family to stay in Long Beach. We had 5 adults and the house was comfy for everyone. We even made breakfast one morning at the house. The location was perfect as well. Right across the street from a Ralph’s and in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the area! Thanks again.

Great home in a great location!

This home comfortably accommodated our 6 guests and was nicely located close to all that Long Beach has to offer. We walked to and from bars, and took very quick rides to downtown. Having Ralph's right across the street was really handy also. Our Ford Expedition was too tall to fit in the garage, but there is room to park a large vehicle in front of the garage door. Charlie was very professional and I would definitely recommend this stay.

Perfect place to stay in Long Beach

We loved our stay in this beautifully updated condo in Long Beach. Charlie was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any of our questions. The Condo is right across the street from Ralph's grocery store and less than a mile from the beach. The Condo features two bathrooms, and three large bedrooms making it the perfect place for family gatherings. There is a wonderful patio area that provides a private outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or late night dinner. Parking is a true perk, being able to use the garage. The kitchen is furnished with everything we needed and there were games provided for us to use for those late night card games. The location is very close to some great restaurants within walking distance, highly recommend restauration a few blocks away. We will stay here again.

Spacious home in super convenient location

We had six adults celebrating the holidays. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful remodeled kitchen that was fully equipped. We cooked all our meals and enjoyed having plenty of pots and pans, etc. The grocery store across the street was super convenient to get supplies. Home had great supply of the basics. The home was super easy to access freeways for our travels all over the LA area.
