Villa Andaluz is a three storey luxury villa with heated swimming pool at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in El Paraiso near Puerto Banus close to sandy beaches, restaurants and shops.

Built and furnished to a high specification, this luxury air-conditioned villa includes a grand marble entrance hall, living room, family room, kitchen and/or kitchenette on each floor, four very large double bedrooms, and a further discreet space to sleep 2 additional guests, three sumptuous bathrooms, a cloakroom and utility room.

Furnished external terraces offer stunning views over the surrounding area and Mediterranean Sea, also ideal for relaxation or eating al-fresco. The internal accommodation of 450 square metres is more than adequate for a party of 12.

Villa Andaluz is set in a large mature gardens of 2000 square metres and is conveniently placed within close proximity to shops and restaurants, fabulous beaches, numerous golf courses, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Estepona and the Spanish countryside. The villa is perfect for a self-catering holiday for all the family

For Golfing Holidays, Villa Andaluz is within easy access to all the courses on the Costa del Golf. Paraiso golf club is within walking distance while the challenge of Valderama will need a car. There are more than 20 courses within easy reach and you can chose the ones that suit you and pick the tee times before you leave.

Changeover Days and Tariff Information: Changeover days: Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday from the Easter Holidays until the end of October and then can vary during the rest of the year. The villa is available from 1400 hours on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the villa needs to be vacated by 1100 hours.

The tariff covers the number of nights spent in the villa. Where the occupation of the villa falls into two separate tariff bands, the cost will be pro-rata. The prices stated are for the villa per week in UK Pounds. The rate listed is for up to 6 guests, as we find that most guest parties (outside of the UK school holidays) are groups of 4-8 people.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. * weeks before arrival, the balance is paid together with a refundable deposit of £350.00 that is held in case of an accident.

This is a very peaceful place with all the mod cons, WIFI, satellite TV with SKY channels including sport, Freesat BBC 1- 4, ITV 1-4, Swedish, Norwegian and Irish channels and in addition, there is Playstation 3 (on request.)

There is a lovely hot and cold external shower in a private external courtyard.

A ping-pong table was introduced into the garden in 2015, and internally, a separate large shower was introduced into the family bathroom on the ground floor in 2016.

More than a third of all our guests annually now have holidayed in the villa at least once before.

Fantastic villa

This is my second trip to the villa, the first was last May for a hen party and this year was a family holiday. The villa is in a great location it has its own bars and restaurants just a short walk away. If you want to go into Puerto banus it's 10 mins in a taxi. This villa is ideal for all types of holidays the pool is fantastic, there are areas for shade and the BBQ is easy to use. The villa is spacious and very clean. Anne and Rob the villa owners make sure you have everything you need and are looked after. Recommend this villa highly.

Absolutely Fantastic

Everything about our holiday was perfect. Rob & Anne made every effort you could imagine to ensure this property was fit for a king. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Very clean, safe, warm and comfortable. It was huge, 3 floors with everything you could need. I could write for hours about this but go and see for yourself how amazing this place is. Thank you. K

The rate listed here is for 4 to 6 people. From Easter of each year we generally book from a Saturday to a Saturday..
We also have a tariff for up to 8 people and families with 12 people + 2 cots. During the UK school holidays, we reserve the option to charge the full 12 person occupancy rate, although we are always happy to provide a quotation.

A reservation fee of 25% is required to make a booking. Then, 8 weeks before arrival, the balance is paid. At the same time £350.00 is paid as a refundable deposit in case of an accident.

  • The penthouse suite on the top floor is accessed by an internal staircase, has walk-in shower, massive bath and twin sinks, toilet and bidet. The en-suite in the second double bedroom suite has bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet The third full sized bathroom has bath, shower, toilet and bidet and sink. There is a cloakroom on the middle floor as well. In addition, near the fourth bedroom, there is a hot/cold pool shower so one can shower under the stars.

There are a 2 further luxury blow-up mattresses (making 10 beds) and then a further 2 cots. We have floor plans on our own website, so sleeping arrangements can be planned well in advance if necessary. All sleeping areas are there to make you feel at home and to enjoy the luxury of the this villa.
