Wonderful

This was everything we had hoped for - the apartment was situated in a very pleasant residential area, close to restaurants and supermarket. The owners, Barbara and Jose, were very welcoming and provided information regarding the apartment and the area. The apartment itself was very well provided for and the terrace was wonderful - lots of flowers and plants, plenty of chairs and tables, for either eating or relaxing and the views were just magnificent, from sunrise to sunset, from the marina/port to the castle and the mountains. All in all we had a most wonderful time and although this was our first visit it will not be our last.

Great views and location

Stayed here at the end of October. It was warm enough to eat breakfast and evening meals on the terrace. The terrace is really spacious with lots of seating alternatives for both cover and sun. The bathrooms and kitchen were in fine condition. With the layout and furnishings it felt very spanish.

Jose was very friendly. His suggestion of a tapas restaurant, Patxti, 10 mins walk, was worth a visit.

The no. 3 and no. 46 busses for the city centre are just around the corner and frequent. The no. 3 in the other direction (Ilettes) terminates close to a nice beach.

If cooking I'd recommend the local supermarket (9.00 - 21.30 mon to sat) 100m from the apartment for fresh fish and day to day shopping. The market (Mercat Olivar) is best for fruit , vegetables and cheese.

At times there is a lot of noise from the streets - but then again it's a bustling city.

Blick in die Weite

Von der wunderbaren Sonnenterrasse genießt man den Blick ins Weite, besonders auf den schönen Yachthafen von Palma.

Wie schon letztes Jahr hat uns José sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns in der schönen, zentral gelegenen Wohnung sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Wohnung die keine Wünsche übrig lässt.

Wir verbrachten im April und Mai 6 Wochen super Urlaub in dieser Wohnung. José war ein aufmerksamer, hilfsbereiter und sehr aufgestellter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und die neuen Matratzen super.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse einmalig mit allen notwendigen Sitzgelegenheiten und Tischen ausgestattet.Die vielen Blumen waren ein tolles Plus.Leider war es die meiste Zeit sehr windig, sodass wir selten draussen essen konnten. Das kann im Frühjahr leider vorkommen. Ein Supermarket ist 2 Minuten von der Wohnung, da kann man alles kaufen. Der Santa Catalina Market ca 15 Min zu Fuss, oder 3 Busstationen, ist ein Paradies für Feinschmecker. " Buslinien die in die Stadt führen befinden sich gegenüber dem Gebäude.

Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, dank unserem aufmerksamen Gastgeber, der einmaligen zentralen Lage des Apartments und der vielen tollen Restaurants ganz in der Nähe.

Perfect apartment and amazing teracce

An apartment in the best location, in second line to the Paeso Maritimo the harbour promenade of Palma, with an amazing panorama view of the marina/port, the Bellver castle with surrounding forest and the Tramultana mountains. The terrace was wonderful with everything we had hoped for, flowers and plants, chairs and tables, from sunrise to sunset. The apartment suited us perfectly, fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Very close to a large supermarket. Bus number 3 stop directly in front of the house, perfect route all the way from Illetas beaches tp Placa d'Espanya (bus- and trainstations. Owner very friendly and helpful, quick to answer when we needed some pratical support. Would recommend this apartment and when we come back to Palma this is where we would want to stay.

Super Urlaub

Diesmal waren wir 6 Wochen in diesem Domizil. Wie auch beim ersten mal, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der großen Dachterrasse ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit dem Kamin ist es an den manchmal doch noch kühlen Abenden sehr angenehm.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür, so daß man kein Auto benötigt.

Auch die herzliche Betreuung durch Familie Lopez hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die 6 Wochen sind wie im Flug vergangen.

Es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sein.
