Discover the perfect Breckenridge lifestyle in our completely remodeled and redecorated ski in/ski out one bedroom, ground floor condo on Four O'clock run. The beautiful setting is what first captured us, nestled among pine trees and adjacent to a creek, backing right to the ski run, just steps to the Snowflake lift, yet only an easy two block walk to the heart of Main Street's premier shopping and restaurants. Cohesive finishes and thoughtful touches give all the comforts of home with sophisticated mountain charm adding to the ambience.

Every inch of the condo has been renovated (as of December 2013) including upgrades like espresso-stained bamboo floors, rubbed bronze fixtures, and stone accents. The mountain-inspired color palette enhances the flow and feeling of relaxation. As an end unit, ground floor condo with outside entrance, you will feel like you are entering your own mountain home instead of lugging up stairs or through dark halls.

Sleep soundly on the new pillow top mattress (replaced 2015) with luxurious sheets and plush Woolwich comforter. The bedroom has two windows, both opening onto the creek, and includes a flat screen TV. The bathroom is complete with a new bathtub, shower, vanity, and commode. Luxury towels and a starter set of toiletries are included.

In the living room, relax in front of the new gas fireplace, finished with stunning stacked stone and a flat screen TV above. The new leather sleeper-sofa (memory foam mattress) gives a great view out the large sliding glass door which walks out to a patio and to Four O'clock run. Don't be surprised to spot our resident moose in the morning or our family of foxes at night, walking the run just steps from the condo.

The open, eat-in kitchen has been finished with high-end cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counter and focal-point stacked stone backsplash, and comes equipped with every cooking/baking amenity you could need - just bring the food!

Breck's world famous outdoor activities are literally just outside your doorstep at this amazing location. In the winter, ski out the back patio and ski back in for a mid day break and at the end of the day. In the summer, the back patio leads to a great hike up the run. Heading out the front door, you are only yards from the Snowflake lift, which leads to Peak 8 in the winter (ski school, terrain parks, and many runs) and in the summer is the beginning of some of Summit County's best hikes, including Sawmill trail. Our location is also adjacent to a stop along Breckenridge's free shuttle system, and it is an easy two block walk to Main Street's Blue River Plaza to enjoy shopping, dining, and the many festivals held here all year long.

As our guest, you will have access to the Upper Village Pool, a short stroll from our building. We provide you with a keycard which gives unlimited use of the indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub. Onsite at Four O'clock Lodge, there is a dry sauna and a laundry facility.

Additional amenities not already mentioned include: free onsite parking for one vehicle, free wireless internet, hair dryer, humidifier, board games, boot/glove dryer, guide books, cable TV with premium movie channels, and coffee machine with coffee. Parents of young children will appreciate the included pack and play, high chair, and kid-friendly set of dinnerware.

Our Stay was Nice, but needs some improvements

The condo was clean and nice. Though, for us it was not truly Ski Out. You have to walk up to the ski lift a short distance. You can ski In though.

**The Mattresses in both the bedroom and fold out couch Need to be replaced. They are uncomfortable and lopsided. Btw, We are a young couple. We did not get a good nights rest! ----our back and neck

Overall, pretty setting with easy balcony access and skiers coming down the slope.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful city

Great condo. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was exactly as depicted in the photos. The condo is cozy, clean and stylish. The owners did a great job with the renovation. Location is also great. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I highly recommend

Property was as described and had all the amenities we needed for 3 of us for several nights in the summer. Great location, walking distance to Main street where there was lots of activity and dining. Saw a fox outside the sliding glass window. Breckenridge is a fun town. Would love to visit again and would definitely stay in this rental again.

Great location, Clean and Comfortable

This location was exactly as shown and described in the listing--nicely updated. Parking easily accessible, too.

True Ski In/Ski Out and easy walk to the downtown restaurants and stores of Breckenridge.

Recommendation--there are 3 ski rental locations within 3 mins walk--one at the Snowflake lift and two at the end of the street--rent from one of those to avoid having to drive to/from.

Be aware--plenty of pillows and linens and towels, but no paper goods. Bring napkins and/or paper towels along with you.

Not ski-out!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. We've been to Breckenridge many times and this condo is par for the course. If the condo was properly advertised, I would have given it at least 4 stars. However, be advised that this condo is not ski-out. What a misleading headline! If you ski in to the condo, you will need to carry your equipment across two sets of stairs, through the 4 O'Clock lodge parking lot, across the street, up the hill 150 yards, and finally, up another set of stairs to reach the Snowflake lift. This is standard for condos located on the 4 O'Clock run, and I should've realized this based on the geo location provided in the listing, but to advertise this condo as ski-in, ski-out is disingenuous. It wasn't a huge deal for us as we don't struggle carrying skis up the hill, but I can imagine what a beating this would be for parents with young kids.


- Kitchen is updated and well-organized. It was nice cooking breakfast and dinner and eating at the large table.

- Sledding equipment was a nice touch.

- The ski racks, benches, and glove warmers were awesome to have, and made the hassle of going out and coming in from skiing much easier.

- By staying here, you get a 30% discount for rentals at Charter Sports located next to the Snowflake lift.


- The hot tub & pool would be considered a "short stroll" during the summer months, when it's not 10 degrees outside. This facility is located a few condo buildings away, and we ended up driving one day after skiing.

- The mattress in the bedroom may very well be a pillow-top mattress, but it's not comfortable at all.

- The living room TV remote didn't work for most of the trip, and the bedroom TV required multiple remotes. We were skiing or out on the town for most of the week so this wasn't a big deal, but I can see this being annoying for those that decide to stay in for the day instead of skiing.

- The keypad on the door of the condo worked about 50% of the time. We ended up using the actual key provided in the lockbox because the keypad just wasn't reliable.

Unfortunately, we are at mother nature's discretion for snow and your visit being early season did not allow for enough snow for the resort to completely open up the Four O'Clock ski run for access into town. I believe at the time of your stay, we had only 10- 20% of all mountain terrain open for skiing. We are indeed right on the Four O'Clock ski run and when the mountain is fully open, you can literally ski right into the back door of the condo. As you pointed out, this is true of all ski condos that access the Four O'clock Ski Run into town. We'll also get the batteries in the lock and remotes replaced. For future reference (and to any of our guests reading this review), if you can let us know of any issues you're having during your stay, we'd be happy to take care of them. RIght on the Slopes!

Amazing location right on the 4 O'clock Run. We skied to the back door of our condo at the end of the day, popped our skis off and walked in the door and turned on the gas fireplace. The condo is very cozy and inviting. the layout with the combined kitchen/dining/living area is very spacious.

Downtown Breckenridge is only a short 5 minute walk away, which is very convenient if you don't have a car. And the pool/hot tub is either a short walk or drive which is very relaxing after a day of skiing.

If you are a skier this is the place to stay!
