Located on the 2nd floor the kitchen is a professional one and, is alongside the sumptuous dining room and well-appointed wet bar, sets the tone for entertainment both classy and relaxed.

On the top floor, the fourth bedroom boasts two queen beds and two twin beds with private bath/tub. There is even a sitting area with a TV, internet connection and view of the gulf which is ideal for the children! Great for large families, Villa Rose is just the place to bring the crew for that memorable vacation.

The home was perfect for our family

Location is amazing! Just a few steps away from the beach and the pool. The whole house was very clean! We had a small leak during our stay and maintenance was sent over in less than 10 min. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice experience, two minor suggestions to 30A: Remove the bush that's next to the railing on steps leading to back porch; two of us got a cut from the very sharp thorns. 3rd floor bathroom would be better if handheld sprayer attached overhead for use as a shower.

Wonderful stay!

Villa Rose - Week of July 15th

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience-the location of the house is perfect with great beach access. We did not use the community pool because there were no umbrellas but the proximity is great. Loved the pets acceptable feature of the house and the enclosed yard was so helpful. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook full meals. It was very easy to make big meals! The ice machine needs service. Ice melts quickly and sits in a pool of water which seems a bit unsanitary- it also runs very loudly. It’s nice to have and we used it but it seems to be in end of life stages. Living area was very comfortable as were the beds. Everyone slept well! The bathrooms could use some TLC - shower curtains are undesirable. The space is so small so shelves would be helpful near the sink to allow placement of toiletries. Really anything to allow the bathroom space to be better used - it is not very manageable in the present state. 30A Luxury vacations was fantastic to deal with and took care of maintenance issues immediately. We will definitely look at this property again.
