About June Jobling
I am June married to Chris we have two children a son Paul and a daughter Laura and two grandsons. We used to have a floor covering business but after Chris couldn't fit flooring due to damage to his knees after years of fitting, we decided to take a huge risk and buy a villa to use as our pension. We like to think of ourselves as being honest and genuine especially when describing the villa, all our reviews are genuine we also refund deposits before reviews so guests can be candid.
June Jobling purchased this Villa in 2004
Why June Jobling chose Coral Bay
After deciding on Coral Bay due to its family atmosphere and great location we had a really good look around to find somewhere as close as possible to all the bars restaurants but without the noise and on flat ground. The developer allowed us to make changes so we had the downstairs WC extended and had a shower installed making three, two upstairs (one over the bath )and 1 ensuite we also had the swimming pool altered to make it more child and non swimmer friendly but making sure it was adaquate to swim (please ask) . The villa really is less than 100 metres to the main strip! We also looked at villas about 130 metres walk but they were only about 30 metres behind the main strip and quite noisy on a night so the decision was made choosing what we believe is one of the best villas in Coral Bay
What makes this Villa unique
We believe Marina Villa is situated in the best location in Coral Bay, many guests have commented on the fact that although the villa is only 100m from the restaurants, shops etc it is still quiet in and around the villa. We specifically designed the pool with an extended shallow area especially for young children and non swimmers but also accomodating swimmers over the length of the pool.

Marina Villa May 2019
I was lucky enough to win a weeks stay at this beautiful villa this month, we got back on Thursday and wish we could go back!
There was 4 adults and an 8 month old baby, and we had everything that we needed and more. The outside space to this property I especially loved, so many different options where to eat/socialise.
The owners were a joy from start to finish, very good communication and couldn’t do enough, even replaced the broken swimming pool net a day later after I reported it by bringing it themselves whilst checking we were okay! They even booked our transfers with a local taxi service for us making things that bit easier for us.
Freddie the baby had a brilliant time, we made very good use of all the toys left there for us by the pool.
The location is just perfect, close to everything which was so important for us this time. Some amazing restaurants located nearby especially Thai and the Japanese. Great bus connections to get to Paphos for the day, and local supermarket is just down the road which also offers delivery for you and your shopping!
The air con in the villa was very much appreciated, we had everything we needed in the kitchen for doing some lunches at home, enjoying some Cooking on the Bbq!
The only thing that could do with an update is the oven, took a while to heat up and didn’t get overly hot, but we only needed it once on our holiday and even then wasn’t the end of the world.
We also had to be a bit careful with one of the parasols around the baby, we needed some shade for him quite often and one tended to fall over in the wind so needed to be weighted down with some rocks on the base.
These are very minor things to pick out, as everything else was just perfect. Highly recommended for all groups of people.
Thanks very much Sahara for your kind comments.
We’ve actually got a new kitchen and appliances ready to go in 😁
Lovely Villa, Great location
Really lovely stay!
Was great, lots to do.
Stunning villa with everything you can need.
Big, spacious. Lovely lit garden and pool
Luxury Villa in a prime location
The villa is ideally located along the Coral Bay coast. It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, hypermarket and the beach. A regular bus service to Paphos is also accessible.
The villa itself is spacious and fully equipped throughout. .A private pool compliments the beautiful surroundings. A most enjoyable and relaxing time was had by all our family.
Perfect holiday in a comfortable and beautiful vil
One word "Perfect"
The villa was lovely and clean and so comfortable. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space. The pool and outside areas were beautiful and well maintained.
Perfect location for all town centre amenities.
Great customer service and such an easy booking process.
We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family. Already looking to book for next year.
Thank you for your kind comments, we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you again if you decide to return next year.

All correspondence was clear and precise.
Villa clean and in good location.
Welcome pack was a lovely touch.
Would definitely use again
We have had yet another fantastic stay at the lovely Marina Villa. This is our third year here and we have already booked for next year- what more can we say!. All the extra little touches, e.g. the welcome pack, water cooler, pool towels show they just give that little bit extra to make your stay special. Rod and Carrie who look after the property are always helpful, with lots of local knowledge and are on hand if needed. Villa is ideally situated for the shops and bars with lots of excellent restaurants - too many good ones to name and we didn't have a bad meal during our stay, though the Japanese restaurant stands out for entertainment value. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and if we could give more that 5 stars we certainly would.
Thank you for your kind comments and taking the time to write a review.
It's great to welcome you back again and to know you appreciate the little touches.

Marina Villa is located in the heart of Coral Bay, it is a two minute stroll on level ground to the numerous restaurants, bars and shops, banks etc and only 10/15 minutes walk to the Blue Flag beach, near the shoreline you can sometimes see deposits of what looks like salmon-pink sand but is actually fine coral - hence the name! A wide variety of water sports is available including water skis, jet skis, paragliding etc. You will also find a cafe on the beach offering cool refreshments and snacks.
The restaurants on the main strip offer a wide variety of cuisines as well as Cypriot including Japanese, Mexican and Italian. There is a Cypriot Tavern opposite where guests have told us they enjoy a drink while waiting for the rest of their party to get ready for the evening.
Coral Bay has something to offer everyone and everything is at hand, two well stocked supermarkets on the main strip and another, Phillipo, within 10 minutes walk (if you ask for delivery at the till, this supermarket will give you a lift home as well!) all offer many English as well as local products. Quad bikes, buggies and car hire can all be easily arranged and there is also a Go Kart track nearby. Coral Bay is the perfect place to relax and is for many their starting point for touring the Troodos Mountains. There are a wide variety of excursions and boat trips on offer and easiily booked ie trips to NIcosia, Famagusta, Limassol. Fishing trips, diving , day and night cruises are available including a firework night cruise , a must for couples.
An excellent bus service runs through Coral Bay that will take you to many places in the area including the Waterpark, Market, Paphos Harbour etc, a day ticket is available that offers a 'hop on hop off' service .
Paphos Harbour is well worth a visit, this picturesque harbour with it's beach side cafes, restaurants and shops attracts visitors all year round. The harbour is also a good place to take a boat tour of the surrounding beaches and coastline you could also book a catamaran or perhaps a speed boat, fishing trips and day and night time cruises are also available.
For those who love history, a holiday to Paphos will seem like heaven. Many people are familiar with the Greek Goddess Aphrodite and it was on the Paphos shoreline that her legend was born. Remnants of this legend can still be seen today in a number of features including The Venus Rock and the Baths of Aphrodite.
Paphos Mosaics, a UNESCO world heritage site, near the harbour are a must to visit. The mosaics were made from small cubes of marble and stone called tesserae and glass paste was used to broaden the range of color that was available in those days.Dating from the 2nd through to the 5th century. many are still in remarkable condition. These mosaics would have originally been the floors of Roman noblemen’s villas and many of these sites are still being excavated today.
There are several diving schools nearby , the types of diving you could try include wrecks, caves, and ancient settlements.
There are currenty three excellent golf courses in the Paphos regions, Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tsada, all within 20 minutes drive from Paphos town.
Getting married abroad has become extremely popular with many couples. Many people now want to combine their honeymoon with their weddings and Paphos is the perfect wedding destination. The sea, the sun, the exotic location, not to mention the romantic feeling of the island all help to make Cyprus the ultimate wedding island. Many couples choose to get married in Paphos every year.
If you hire a car there are countless scenic drives to enjoy and places to visit including numerous churches, monasteries, museums and wineries.Driving is on the left and the majority of road signs are in English.
For families with children Ithaki Amusement Park (can be found on Facebook) is only a few minutes walk, parents can enjoy a drink (the cheapest prices in Coral Bay) while more importantly, the children are well entertained with Mini Golf, bumper cars, pool table, air hockey video games or sing on Karaoke etc etc.
