This gorgeous home features 5 bedrooms with 2 King and 3 Queen beds, 5 full baths and 1 half bath.

* Outdoor private salt cell swimming pool with optional heating for $150 in backyard and poolside full bath with outdoor shower. There are 8 lounge/ sun chairs and a 2 dining tables that seat 10 poolside.

* Recreation room is located on first level of house just next to pool with billiards table, ping pong table, beautiful outdoor kitchen and lounge.

* Outdoor fully stocked kitchen has 2 refrigerators, microwave, sink and gas grill and plenty of counter space for prepping and serving food.

* Indoor and outdoor music. In ceiling sound system poolside in Recreation room, and indoors in main living area on 2nd floor. Simply plug in your own iPod or phone to the receiver in living room next to tv.

Beautiful house, excellent location, very spacious!!

We rented this home for our vacation and were impressed with the pictures online, but the house is even more impressive in person. We loved that everyone had their own full bathroom. The location is very convenient to downtown Charleston and the beach. The internet is very slow, but that wasn't a huge issue because there is so much to do outside of the house.

Great Family Vacation

There's alot of choices in the Charleston area and I am so glad I picked this one. The house was beautiful, everything is just as it was advertised. The bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped, the 2 kitchens upstairs and downstairs were the best.

Spent alot of time just hanging by the pool and making good use of the pool and ping pong tables. We had 12 people including children and didn't ever feel crowded.

The proximity to grocery stores, restaurant and beach is also a great feature.

Had a little issue with the internet but it was fixed right away. Don't hesitate to book here.

Great house!

We had a group that stayed at the house for the Cooper River Bridge Run. Great location, about a mile from restaurants, bars, and the start of the race! We were able to walk almost everywhere! House was very clean and the pictures represent it accurately. Loved the pool table and ping pong table! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was a great house and a great stay. There were a few downsides. The neighbors are very close. The TVs were not HD, which was a disappointment for watching the final four with some die hard Carolina Fans. The house could use a little maintenance...and some of the linens are getting a little frayed, some holes where towel bars have been moved, walls have been scuffed, and the grill is very old and doesn't get very hot. Overall the positives greatly outweigh the few issues. Would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked....The house was a short trip to Charleston. We all admit we need to mark this as a favorite

Mount Pleasant Christmas 2016 Rental

The house is in a residential community, on a cul de sac, proximate (short drive) to the commercial area of Mount Pleasant and a slightly longer drive (5-10 minutes ) to downtown Charleston and Sullivan's Island. The location is highly recommended. This has the characteristics of a commercially owned property. Refinements/conveniences common to a family owned property were distinctly missing. The house was well cleaned.

We are a family of nine, three generations, with three children ages 3, 4 and 5. The house and the outside area afforded considerable room for activities regardless of the weather. This holiday season was blessed with mild temperatures. We were able to spend considerable outdoor time throughout the day and early evening. The house itself is an open configuration with hard surfaces. As such, it can become noisy with kids playing inside. There is no separate play area adjacent to the common area. It should be noted that there is a ground level area adjacent to the pool which is excellent for older young adults. Also three large decks, ideally usable during the summer months, extend the common area and take the pressure off of indoor space for satisfying varying space requirements. There is a pool and ping pong table in the ground floor area. We needed to adjust the chemicals before enjoying this facility. Because of the pool you would not want younger children engaged in unsupervised play in this area.

The house shows well on initial impression but is well used and requires some TLC. A few lights are broken, inside and outside, bedside lamps have lost their switches, towel racks have been reinstalled without associated touch up. The absence of a functional light servicing the last step on the entry staircase caused me to miss that step on a few occasions. The bed in the master bedroom is broken and had to be bolstered with cushions to remove the sag. Overall mattress quality is wanting. The house makes available a basic supply of sheets and towels but there is no excess. With a large group for multiple days you will find yourself washing frequently. The washer and dryer are good appliances. The lower rack in the dishwasher is broken and requires some lifting to get back on the track each time it is extended. Neither the ice maker nor the refrigerator water dispenser can address the demands of a large group.

A good rental property that could be higher classified with some attention.
