This place was in a great location. Walking distance to everywhere! The house was very clean and well stocked. The only thing we missed was a grill and a baking pan., we used aluminum, no biggie! I am sure we will rent again at our next Ft Collins visit.

Notes:
Simply comfortable that is literally a few blocks from the great attractions in Old Town Fort Collins. Also easy to walk to the campus for activities there. Grocery store is one block away, very convenient for snacks or cooking in. Totally enjoyable.

Great location, clean,well set up and plenty of extras in the kitchen and bathroom.

Easy walk to everything downtown and college. Clean, great location, helpful owners. I stayed in very hot weather and the apartment stayed comfortable with the window AC,highly recommend this rental

This was a great little place to stay for our weekend in Fort Collins.

The house is located super close to the downtown strip. And is in walking distance to just about everything (we never had to use our car).

Well appointed, clean, very functional 2 bedroom

Out family stayed here: mom, dad, two boys aged 5&8. Clear communication from owner, very clean, free wifi, very nice linens, towels. Not a huge place, just 1 bath but great for a weekend visit. Convenient location with ample parking. We were visiting during Halloween, so our neighbors around us were more noisy than we would have liked, but not awful. You are renting around the university, so a little noise to be expected. Recommend.

Nice stay in an optimal location

The apartment is very nice and the location can't be beat. It's a pleasant, safe 10-minute walk to Old Town and a block or two from a grocery store. The only challenge is figuring out access between the different lock boxes, but the owner makes it clear in advance that it is a little tricky, and we figured it out fairly quickly.

Relaxing and quiet

This was our first experience renting rather than staying in a hotel,so we were not sure what to expect. If this property is the norm we will never stay at a hotel again! Loved the location....great neighborhood...very well maintained apartment...extremely clean...and well stocked. We found ourselves staying in and relaxing a lot because it was so comfortable!! Janet, the owner was very prompt to answer emails and left very clear access instructions. We will definitely stay at this property whenever we come to Fort Collins!!

Very clean and nicely decorated.

We enjoyed the nicely laid out and comfortable apartment and its proximity to Old Town. I would recommend it to other visitors. The patio and the laundry facilities are very nice too.
