We welcome you to relax and enjoy this bright, quiet, first floor end unit offering park like views. The pool, sundeck and world renowned beach are reached following a short stroll through meandering paths that all lead to the reward of the beautiful white sands and ocean of Siesta Key.

Enjoy relaxing in the afternoon shade in the screened-in lanai or private patio after spending a day in the sun. The lanai has been newly tiled and is the perfect spot to gather for a meal, game or a relaxing visit. The private patio is located off of the master bedroom and is furnished with two reclining lounge chairs. It is surrounded by a low border of flowering hibiscus and is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or your morning coffee. Being an end unit on the ground level affords easy access to not only the green space and tropical gardens in the rear of the unit but the added bonus of the side yard also. It is a perfect spot for children to safely play and for all to enjoy the outdoors that surrounds 6-101. For tennis lovers we are located directly across from the tennis courts. Designated covered parking is located directly across from the unit with guest parking nearby.

The interior has been fully updated and tastefully decorated in soothing neutral tones with seaside accents. Travertine style tile is throughout, new electrical fixtures have been installed and the unit has been freshly painted. Beautiful beige glazed cabinets complement rich neutral granite that has been installed throughout the kitchen and two bathrooms.

The eat-in kitchen has a small table and chairs and is a great place to grab a quick snack when not dining at the large dining room table that can comfortably seat six.

The kitchen also houses a washer and dryer, at no charge, for your convenience. The kitchen has been reconfigured to maximize storage space and is fully equipped. Some of the new updates include nautical themed stoneware, flatware and glassware in addition to miscellaneous cooking utensils. A cooler is available for your use as is a beach umbrella.

The family room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and DVD player. Free WiFi is also included. The master suite features a king size bed and sitting area, TV, DVD, and large walk-in closet with sliders to both the lanai and patio. A new vanity with a granite counter top and linen closet are separated from the glass enclosed shower and toilet. A second full size bathroom with a tub is located off of the kitchen. Two twin beds are located in the guest bedroom complete with its own large walk-in closet, TV and DVD. A full size sleeper sofa is located in the family room. All of the bedding is new and chosen for its comfort as are all of the amenities.

Lovely Christmas stay

My daughter and I stayed in this unit over Christmas 2017 and loved it. The unit is adequately furnished and decorated with plenty of kitchen utensils etc (I cooked Christmas dinner !).

The master bed is super comfortable, though the walk-in wardrobe could do with some updating (which I think had been started but not finished). Parking for the unit is directly across from the front door and there is visitor parking alongside the unit.

The complex is well looked after (and beautifully trimmed for Christmas) and all the neighbours were friendly. The location is fabulous at the south end of Siesta Key, which is quieter. The beach is a two minute walk from the unit.

Enjoy your stay ! We'll definitely be back.

Great Condo on the Best Beach in the Best Location

My family and I have been coming to Siesta Dunes for the past 12 years, twice a year and only stay in Siesta Dunes. We love this condo because it has high ceilings, is always clean, well stocked and a washer and dryer in the unit. It is our home away from home and the minute we walk in the door we feel relaxed. Another great year this year.

No better place than Siesta Dunes

Love Love Love Siesta Dunes and this condo did not disappoint! Everything in the description was spot-on!!!! Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Siesta Dunes has it ALL ~ pool, grills, beach and parking. Small town, tons of great restaurants (we found two we had not been to in previous years) and St Armand Bay is right around the corner. Can not wait to come back next year.

Wonderful stay at Siesta Dunes!

My family has owned and/or rented at Siesta Dunes for 40 years but this was my first time renting for my own family. I was apprehensive about staying in building 6 as it's a bit further from the beach than the main buildings (2, 3, 4, 5). While it was a good 5-7 min walk, it wasn't at all a big deal (and I have a 5 and 3.5 year old). It's also nice to be removed from the pool area, as night swimmers can be a bit rowdy and the pool is open until 10pm. The condo itself was very nice and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the unit is very clean. The sitting area on the lanai was great as it looks onto a little grassy courtyard. Huge bonus was having a washer and dryer in the unit which I have never had before at Siesta Dunes. They also had beach chairs and a lot of beach toys as well as two small igloo coolers which was very convenient.

A couple of things to consider;

- The blinds in the master bedroom should be replaced. We ended up rigging a sheet to block the view/sunshine into the room because a couple of the blinds were broken.

- The beach chairs should probably be replaced. They are quite rusted and difficult to carry down to the beach.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation at one of the most beautiful resorts on Siesta Key. It's proximity to Stickey Pt, the gorgeous deck, BBQ's and boardwalk, the immaculate grounds, etc...really make Siesta Dunes the resort it is. I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again. It was fantastic value.
