Thanks for staying with us.
Great cozy cabin.
Cabin was very nice inside and out. Convenient location on very nice property. Would definatley recommend. Only down side was the wifi signal was non existent due to the router being at a different location.
Relaxing & Welcoming
The cabin was very well stocked and clean. Plenty of blankets, towels, pots, pans, and utensils. The cabin was clean and we appreciated the washer dryer. We did use the grill and the fire pit. The fireplace is a gas fireplace and works well. Nancy was very sweet and dropped off a basket of apples for us. Would absolutely stay again. There is a trail right next to the cabins that is great for ATVs.
Very nice cabin
Nice cabin to stay with family and friends .
Perfect location for relaxing and exploring the tri-state area
We are a little late in posting this, we stayed in this cabin from June 9- July 9,2017. We found it to be a great home away from home and a great place to escape the Florida heat, in particular the porch where we enjoyed the great breezes and cool temperatures. Even when it was warm in town, we found the temperature at the cabin to be quite comfortable and never had to use the AC. The cabin was well appointed, and has a comfortable queen sized bed. The wonderful owners Nancy and Charlie Greene, made sure we had everything we needed for our extended stay. They welcomed us like family, even inviting us along to their local church's Fourth of July celebration. We spent many hours enjoying the hummingbirds, deer and rabbits from the porch. The cabin is close enough to Virginia to visit Greyson Highlands State Park, Abingdon, Damascus and the Creeper trail, and close enough to North Carolina to visit Boone, Banner Elk and Valley Crucis and access the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are many wonderful places to visit in Tennessee as well, we visited Johnson City, Bristol, Elizabethton , Roan Mountain and spent several afternoons enjoying Watauga Point Park. Although the cabin is in a dry county, they have their own Winery- Wautauga Lake Winery just 15 minutes away. We found plenty of places in the area to dine. We particularly enjoyed LaCucina Italian restaurant ( reservations) and Pablanos Mexican Grill. There are several grocery stores close to the cabin, and multiple farmers markets in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our month stay here and would not hesitate to book this cabin again.
Thanks so much for your wonderful review. You guys were great guests. Come back anytime
