This newly renovated , upscale suite, on a quiet island street 3 minutes from the beach, is on the east side of a raised duplex with covered parking and a porch that overlooks the private pool, for use by this rental suite only. Its central location makes it minutes from the beach ,close to the free island trolley and near the central business area , with its restaurants and stores .

Inside, the 2-bedroom--2-bath accommodation presents a Master bedroom with a king bed and a new bathroom featuring a walk- in shower.The guest room has 2- x-long twin beds with an accompanying tub/shower bath. With a maximum of 4 guests a night--- no extra over night guests without a clearance from the owner .

Outside , the private pool will give our guests a place to sun and relax when not at the beach for fun in the surf or watching our famous sunsets over the water.

For extras, the suite has travertine floors throughout , an extended kitchen with granite countertops , new washer/dryer and other custom details.

Also included are plenty of beach towels , comfortable beach chairs , beach umbrella with beach cart and four adult bikes .

Like the rest of the island , this suite only rents from Saturday to Saturday.

Best Rental Ever!

My family stayed at this rental over the week of Thanksgiving... and we had the time of our lives! First of all, Fred's little piece of paradise is all that he states and more! He has literally thought of everything for his guests. We were thrilled to find everything that we needed, plus the extras we didn't know we needed! The condo is extremely clean, super well maintained and gorgeous inside and out... it was so nice to have comfortable beds to fall into after a busy day on the island... the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need... and one of my personal favorite spots in the whole place was the private deck... so peaceful to enjoy coffee out there every morning... and even ice cream at night by candlelight! The pool was a favorite place for all of us after a day at the beach... having our own private pool was a bonus that we appreciated each day! The walk to the beach is a quick few minutes down the road, and it's perfect, not too busy and beautiful white sand! Fred's location is also perfect to head out on the bikes to explore and shop AMI. Again, Fred has thought of everything.. down to the handy hose by the front door to rinse the sand off your feet! We can't recommend this place enough... we will definitely be back!!! Thanks Fred... we so loved our week there... and enjoyed our conversations with you as well!

All the comforts of home up on the treetops.

We're returning to lovely Anna Maria Island after a five year absence. The property caught my eye for the serenity and location. Neither disappointed . The property while not on the beach is a quick 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and spectacular sunsets. The apt has everything you could require for home cooking but is within close proximity to restaurants supermarket etc.Best of all, the friendly owner is on site offering anything he can to make your stay more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for those looking for a clean well maintained unit owned by friendly Fred.

This property and apartment are absolutely beautiful, and Fred has equipped it with all you could ever need for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation! The beaches are close and gorgeous, and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. We’d love to stay here again next year!

Great Unit! Great Location! Great Host! Perfect 5 ++++

A perfect, upscale unit located on Anna Marie island. The unit is located 5 minutes from a great beach. The owner has equipped this unit with upscale appliances throughout. Beautiful tile on the floors and in the bathrooms. The pool is set in a beautifully landscaped tropical paradise. Definitely didn't want to leave this unit. Will definitely be back soon.
