This newly renovated , upscale suite, on a quiet island street 3 minutes from the beach, is on the east side of a raised duplex with covered parking and a porch that overlooks the private pool, for use by this rental suite only. Its central location makes it minutes from the beach ,close to the free island trolley and near the central business area , with its restaurants and stores .

Inside, the 2-bedroom--2-bath accommodation presents a Master bedroom with a king bed and a new bathroom featuring a walk- in shower.The guest room has 2- x-long twin beds with an accompanying tub/shower bath. With a maximum of 4 guests a night--- no extra over night guests without a clearance from the owner .

Outside , the private pool will give our guests a place to sun and relax when not at the beach for fun in the surf or watching our famous sunsets over the water.

For extras, the suite has travertine floors throughout , an extended kitchen with granite countertops , new washer/dryer and other custom details.

Also included are plenty of beach towels , comfortable beach chairs , beach umbrella with beach cart and four adult bikes .

Like the rest of the island , this suite only rents from Saturday to Saturday.

After living here for 5 years ,I wanted to be sure I could stay here in this house . It's on an unusually quiet street , really close to the beach and just very convenient to everything on the island . This is a very cool island and this is a comfortable place to stay

Loved our stay!

We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at Fred's for our first visit to Florida. The house was perfect for our family of three and had everything we needed and more. The property was beautiful and Fred was the most gracious host. He made us feel so at home. We especially enjoyed the private pool and the patio. This property will be at the top of our list for our next visit to Anna Maria. Thank you, Fred, for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Attention to detail; so much better than the management companies on island!

The reviews are accurate. Fred's place is the best equipped and run rental on the island. Fred is a generous and kind owner who goes out of his way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The apartment is well cared for, the small yard and pool are always clean and any beach supply you can think of is provided. AFter a week at Fred's we moved to a larger house managed by one of the larger rental agencies on the island to share with friends and it was the exact opposite. Nothing provided; house and pool needed cleaning. Fred could certainly teach some other owners how to equip a rental property!

A quiet oasis that a small family can enjoy!

We LOVED everything about this place! The apartment was decorated tastefully, all modern updates, immaculate, and very comfortable! We traveled with our two teenage boys for spring break 2017, and all of their needs were also met. The pool was absolutely fantastic and Fred is the most gracious host! We took advantage of every single thing in his storage room, from the beach cart, boogie boards, bikes, fishing pole, coolers, multiple chairs, and umbrellas. It was an easy walk to a very beautiful section of the beach! The location is great for getting to any place on the island quickly.

Although it's technically an "apartment", it didn't feel small to us. The weather was amazing, so we took advantage of the outdoor space on the deck with two comfortable chairs, as well as the pool area.

My only regret is that we didn't get to spend much time with Fred, because he's a very friendly man, with lots of knowledge about the island! It was very nice having him next door, and it gave my kids a sense of security and respect for his property knowing he was there.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
