This luxurious beachfront 4th floor unit (unit #402) is perfect for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. Boasting world-class views of the Gulf of Mexico while providing all the comforts of home, this unit will set the stage for an unforgettable stay.

This unit (which sleeps 5) features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new cabinetry and the bulkhead and sidepost removed to open up the space. The open-concept dining area (which seats 6) and fully furnished living space leads directly onto the lanai, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. The lanai is in full view of the south-side pool as well as the gulf.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. The walk-in closet leads to the 3/4 private bath, completely redone with new tiling, expansive shower and granite countertop. The spacious second bedroom also has a similarly renovated private bath as well as two twin-size beds. Both bedrooms and the living area are equipped with flat-screen TVs with HD cable.

For your convenience, we have included a washer, dryer, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi and a telephone. Each bed comes with two sets of fresh linens, and towels are included. Also, you will have access to a storage locker where you will find beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

The Somerset building is perfect for families, couples and groups of up to 5, with its amicable nature, quiet atmosphere and private beach entrance. It is a safe and secure building on the southwestern side of Marco Island along its famous Crescent Beach. Activities such as water sports, golfing, hiking, dolphin and alligator tours, bird-watching, and yoga are within walking distance. World-class dining is available in both casual and formal settings and a dine-in movie theatre is right across the street.

Naples is just a 30-minute drive away, and with fishing off the Pier, shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue, art exhibitions in the park and Tin City, anyone of any age can find an excellent way to spend the day.

Our favorite Somerset condo!

We have stayed at the Somerset many times in different condos. This was by far our favorite. The condo is newly renovated and beautifully decorated.

Some of the things we loved about it were the veneer wood floors that were easy to maintain and looked clean opposed to carpeting. In the second bathroom, the counter is extended to allow extra counter room. A big plus when you are traveling with two young adult girls. In the master bathroom area there is a large separate vanity with chair that helps when you are putting on makeup and dong your hair. Lots of fluffy white towels are supplied for bathing.

The kitchen had beautiful granite countertops and was well equipped. There are filters for the coffee maker, salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent but nothing else extra so prepare to bring whatever you need. They do supply a roll of paper towels and two toilet paper rolls for each bathroom to get you started. I usually bring laundry detergent (pods) and ziplock bags for snacks and food storage from home.

The balcony had sturdy comfortable furniture with a round, large table and 6 chairs. We enjoyed having breakfast in the mornings watching the dolphin play. Since the condo sits on the 4th floor you get a great view of the activity on the beach. You are far enough away from the pool where the noise isn't an issue.

There are three nice size TVs, one in each bedroom. The internet works great. All the furniture is very comfortable.

For the beach and pool, there are 6 beach towels, 4 very sturdy chairs, an umbrella and a large cooler. The chairs and umbrella are stored in a locker in the storage area on the bottom floor which we loved. In our past rental units, we had to cart these down to the beach. Not only was it more stuff to carry from the condo but it got more sand everywhere.

The owner, Ewelina, checked on us at the beginning of the week to make sure everything was going well. Never had that happen before and really appreciated the check-in as our toilet in the master bedroom was not working properly. She took care of it immediately without interruption of our stay.

It was a wonderful week of comfort and fun! Thanks, Ewelina, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Somerset Condo!

Amazing!! Gorgeous!! Best place on the Beach!

This condo is spectacular!! We have stayed here the last 3 years at these units. Very clean! Decorating is fantastic! Property manager, Ewelina is the best! She gets right back to you if you have any questions quickly. Exceptional lady to deal with for your needs! Condo is very spacious with a very cozy atmosphere. Condo is all up to date.

Very nice property and condo. Marco Island is the star.

Marco Island is a wonderful place to visit with a beautiful beach. This condo is on the south side of town, putting places to eat and shop all within walking distance. The condo is well placed with terrific sunset views. Its condition is fine and very well equipped. We plan on staying here again.

Beautiful views, as pictured

The Somerset is a very nice property. Great beach access, and very maintained. We had a great time at the pool, and beach area. Baby rental was easy, and property was child friendly. Perfect patio for stunning gulf sunsets. Unit 402 is just as pictured; we look forward to our next stay!

Perfect stay!!

Unit 402 had a maintenance issue. Pre-arrival we were offered another unit. This review is for unit 702. The owner has several units in the same building which appear to be similarly updated and very nicely maintained.

Beautiful place!!! Well equipped, clean and spacious. Located in a quiet beach area, but close to water sports rentals. Perfect for viewing dolphins and gorgeous sunsets!!

Renters must pay 15% upfront (non-refundable) and HomeAway service fee which will be between approximately 4% and 10% of the total cost (non-refundable), the rest 60 days before the arrival date, non-refundable (includes $500 refundable damage deposit).

All renters must pay a $50 application fee directly to the Somerset no later than 10 days before the arrival date.

We rent only Saturday-Saturday but might be able to make an exception.
