Lovely internal furnishings. Spacious open plan living / dining / kitchen area.Granite worktops in kitchen and bathroom. In kitchen large fridge/freezer,electric oven,kettle,iron,ironing board,washing machine. Front and back terrace,washing line to back. Cable TV and dvd player.CD/radio. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in other rooms. Double bed in main bedroom and 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom.Large bathroom with door off master bedroom and corridor.Additional separate toilet as well. Housekeeper to meet at apartment with keys and will visit during your stay to suit. Linen and towels provided. 5 mins drive to West coast beaches and restaurants. 2 mins to Warrens shopping centre with supermarket /banks etc.
Approx 20 mins drive from airport and south coast beaches.30 mins drive to East coast.
I love this apartment. It is in a lovely quiet gated community with tropical gardens and a great swimming pool and tennis court. The apartment has top end furnishings, nice pictures on the walls and all mod cons.
A great central spot to be able to visit all of Island from or just relax by pool and gardens.
Very nice well equiped apartment,all you need for your stay.Wifi worked very well and plenty of channels on the tv
The apartment is on a complex that is very well maintained,and secure,and only a short car drive to all the west coast beaches,and 5 min drive to the warrens shopping center.
I would recommend this property and will check its availability before looking anywhere else when we return to Barbados.

My family and I recently rented this villa for one week. The apartment is as described, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.
If you choose this place for its facilities (e.g. pool), be sure to receive
confirmation that it is actually functional. The pool had a leak during
our stay and was drained with no time frame given for repair. According to another resident of the complex, this has happened several times in the past.
Please also note, all monies paid to the owner are non-refundable without regard to reason. If your travel dates change, do not expect a partial refund. Be sure to contact both the owner and the local superintendent for all matters as they do not communicate regularly between themselves. If you neglect to tip the superintendent for providing you with a key to the villa, you will receive a disparaging note from the owner, the expected tip is about 50 pounds.
Tread Cautiously with this rental.
My trip was business related and i had to visit east, south and west of the Island . The apartment is very well placed to access the major highways so if you are looking to explore this is ideal.
There is nothing in walking distance so a car is essential. There is a large supermarket, KFC and Chefette within 5 mins.
If you go upstairs to the food hall above the supermarket you will get a great meal for less than £4. The Chinese is excellent and you would be able to buy during the day and eat in the evening if only there was a microwave in the otherwise well stocked kitchen.
There is a communal pool and clubhouse within 50 ft. The clubhouse has a phone which you can use to make calls anywhere on Barbados . Friends and family can dial in also. The clubhouse has its own showers and wcs.
There is also a very good tennis court within 50 ft which has floodlights and was used most nights.
The location is very secure with electric gates and I always felt safe.
The apartment is ground floor and comfortable with plenty of storage in the bedrooms. One double and one twin both air conditioned.
A large table to eat at which seats 6 comfortably.
TV with lots of channels but nothing on (same as UK then !). Seriously there were quite a few channels and I was able to keep up with UK football results with no problem.
So what were the bad points ?
The lounge area is quite narrow and the way things are arranged it would be very hard for 4 people to watch tv. It was ok as there were only two of us staying.
No microwave - a necessity for a holiday in my opinion. No-one wants to do proper cooking and you cant necessarily eat out every night. Suggestion to owner - please buy a microwave.
Unfortunately to the rear of the property the owners of another property have two dogs that spend much time outside and they yap and yap non stop. If you can switch off or if you are out most of the time then fine. If you plan to spend lots of time "at home" then you may want to take earplugs or play loud music.
No internet access or phone in apartment.
Good points.Nice big fridge to store cold drinks etc.Close to amenities and all parts of island. Clean and comfortable. Felt totally safe. Large coolbox available for trips to the beach and even a couple of beach chairs. Loads of towels. Nice shower (but no bath). Parking 10 ft from front door nice pool and tennis court. Huge washing machine and good utility area.
I would consider staying again.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area just a 5 minute drive to West Coast beaches and restaurants and just a few minutes drive away from Warrens shopping centre with a large supermarket and banks.
20 minutes from airport and south coast beaches.
5 minutes to Sandy lane golf club and Royal Westmorland is about 15 minutes drive.
