New furniture. 1 KING sized bed with new deluxe mattress in master bedroom, Queen mattress in bedroom 2,new seally mattress on sleeper. Quality linens , comforters and extra pillows. 1100 living space square feet, totally space of home 2400 sq ft including decks and garage.

Full spacious fully functional kitchen and nice utensils.

2 flat Screen tvs with extended cable and movie channels and cartoons.

Nice deck on the front and the back of the property.

Garage fits one vehicle comfortably and securely with locking entrance and electric garage door.

Very easy walk to the beautiful white sand beach with access on both sides of home.

House has total room darkener shades for your convenience or open and let the sun shine in.

Brand new Washer and dryer with easy access.

Non smoking house with no pets so very clean sanitary home.

Low sound Central A/C and Heat

Brand new natural gas stove and oven.

Unlike many cookie cutter properties in this area, this property has charm and style. You will not find out of date furniture and sun tan oil stained furniture as in some of the local hotels and units. No pets here, so

there will be no pet stains or odors, or the covering up of stains , odors , or pet hair. This helps to prevent any health issues for adults and children at this well maintained property.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property so you can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze without tobacco smell.

Location is great, you don't have to deal with noisy lobby and chaotic packed sweaty elevators , just enjoy your relaxing , quiet ,no stress stay.

Every window in the home has room darkener shades for your convenience.

The property has central A/C with very little sound UNLIKE the various large chain hotels on the beach we have stayed at here who have very noisy a/c room controlled compressors which lead to a miserable night attempt to sleep.

Walk down to local activities if you care for entertainment and come back to a quiet Greek/French style oasis on the beach!

This beach property is located on a spacious lot approximately one football field to the beach on the beach side of Via De Luna, the main road on the Island. It is one mile from restaurants, boardwalk and the pier with palm landscaped nice sidewalk and bike path. A Free Shuttle is available just in front of the street in Summer Months. Beautiful drive and bike /walking paths to the National Park Seashore.

Bikes can be stored in the closed in locked garage on the property.

Property location is 704 Maldonado Street , Pensacola Beach.

Calm bay water for kayaking and safe swimming is located not far away across the road and also near the boardwalk.

Local vendors, shops, convenient stores , gift shops, surf shops, Aveda Spa near by.

Beautiful Cozy Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Enough privacy, short walk to the beach, close to everything . No elevators, kids running around and loud noise. Everything was perfect . Thank you Brad for letting my family stay at your beautiful beach house. I hope I have my own one day 😉👍

Pretty close to the water, roomy, close to trolley system, close to entertainment

Brad was very accommodating and communicated well via the HomeAway app(which I encourage others to download). The house was very close to the water, just across the street. The neighborhood was calm and relaxing. Plenty of streets to bike or stroll. The trolley system has a a stop very close that will take you to shopping and dining spots. The house had plenty of room for 6, full kitchen with utensils and pots/pans. Washer and dryer was definitley used during our stay. Thanks again Brad.

Clean, convenient, and friendly!

The family loved this home away from home! The house is in the perfect location! It's also updated and very clean! The beach is a two minute walk away and the trolley stop is a two minute walk. You can see the ocean from the back deck. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. We hardly ever had to drive anywhere the entire week from this location! We just parked our car in the enclosed garage, which was a nice extra! We loved that the kids could shower all the sand off outside the house. The house also has everything you need to cook your own food or do your laundry. The property owner was so helpful when we made our last minute reservation and was available if we had questions! We'll definitely be back!

The property was everything we were hoping and expecting it to be.

The Beach House was the perfect get away for our family. We loved the location with the very short walk to the beach and close proximity to restaurants and shops. The house itself was very comfortable and accommodating. The property was clean. We did do some light cooking and the kitchen did have the necessary cooking items. The garage full of umbrellas, boggie boards etc. was a nice surprise. Loved the outdoor shower and back deck. As someone else mentioned in their review the Master Bed was extremely comfortable!! The only slight down side was the TV but with that sun and sand that wasn't really a focus. Would certainly want to come back!!!

Wonderful home! Owner is friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable with beautiful view from back porch. The beach is a very short walk away. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet. Our family loves this destination, and we can't wait to stay again!
