We’re located one half block from Uptown’s Restaurant Row and one mile from the center of downtown, where you’ll find amazing shopping, restaurants and culture right out the front door—no car needed.

* Our house is located in an upscale and quiet neighborhood of City Park West. Our guests love being able to walk for coffee in the morning, or dinner in the evening.

Our house has been in our family, passed down over two generations. We Colorado Natives and continue to live in the area. We love our great blue sky, our mountains, and all that Denver has to offer. Our walkscore is 86 and with b-cycle rentals across the street, our bike score is 95! There are five eateries with-in four one block of our house. Buses into downtown and the Convention center travel every 15 minutes and pick-up/drop off within 1-2 blocks of our house.

Our house is cozy. It has charm and comfort with high end bedding and all the conveniences needed for a home away from home. It is priced much cheaper than any equivalent hotel in the area.

Cute Cozy and charming Apartment in great Location

This apartment is perfect for a couple looking to explore the city of Denver. We walked nearly everywhere for two days before renting a car to venture out further. The location is perfect to hit all sights north, east, south and west of the city. The apartment itself is well stocked and clean. The cable TV with HBO on demand was great for the evening in front of the fireplace. We used the laundry room as well, which is very handy and convenient. All the instructions were great! The only thing I would change is the sofa. The little two seater with high arms is not very comfortable to relax on.

Thanks for a fun, cozy place to stay to while visiting Denver!

cozy and clean

Jeanne and Juve's apt was perfect - very clean and REALLY comfortable bed -convenient to bus lines and restaurants and when I had a question Juve got back to me immediately. Had a great stay!

Very comfortable

This apartment is in an older part of downtown but is very quaint and in a great location for all that we wanted to do while in Denver. Even though the house is older it had all the modern conveniences and it was very clean, good bed and very homey. It is on the second floor and sometimes the noise from the other apartments was a little distracting but not a bother. That is what happens when you are in any multiple dwelling. There was some work being done in the main floor apartment and outside in the front of the house. This didn't bother us and was reassuring in the fact that they are keeping it nice. It was great having many different restaurants close by. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute we were there. We would definitely go back to this apartment if in Denver again.

Comfortable stay; great location

Jeanne and Juve keep this small one bedroom immaculate. Everything you need is there including coffee and

a welcome bag. There is a flat screen television with cable and HBO.

the decor is updated and remodeled. It is a very short walk to several restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour. The apt. is in a Victorian house on a nice street. It is about a mile walk to the 16th street mall as well as museums and the Capitol. The owners are easily accessible for any problems or for

information. I would definitely recommend this place for a single or couple

This house is very close to everything in downtown Denver. Great value for the location. Walk out the front door and two doors down and you are at Restaurant Row. At your feet are five great restaurants (Paxti Pizza, D Bar, Parallel 17 and Limone) and a casual bar. Within one block distance are new restaurants, D Bar (an award winning Desert Bar), 7-11, and Qdoaba. Walk another block and you will find Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, coffee shops, fast food, bars, restaurants, and shops. All of this is nestled in a neighborhood setting with wide tree lined sidewalks and bike paths.

Bike rentals are available across the street from our house and all over the city through Denver's state-of-the-art B-Cycle program. Walk 1.2 miles to 16th Street Mall shopping, lower downtown Denver nightlife, cultural centers, a mile to the Colorado Convention Center and one and a half miles to the Pepsi Center. Short/cheap cab ride to everything. Buses pick up a block from our house and travel downtown and to the Convention Center every 15 minutes. Parking behind our house, and street parking are available. No pets and No smoking is allowed on the property.

St. Joseph’s Hospital, Children's Hospital, and St. Luke’s Hospital are two blocks down.

City Park and Chessman Park are a few blocks away.

Downtown, Colorado Convention Center, Botanic Gardens, Museums, and the Civic Center are each a one mile walk.

Walk a few more blocks to the Pepsi Center, Denver Center of Performing Arts, the Rockies Stadium, 16th Street Mall and many other attractions.

The Merchandise Mart is 5 miles.

National Western Stock Show is 3.3 miles away.
