We love to go out on our boat or jet ski so being close to the water is important for us. We enjoy biking and running in the beautiful paths leading to Fort de Soto Park.

This property is a great, well maintained property with the additional amenities of having a common grill area, which makes it convenient to have a BBQ by the pool area.
Our condo unit is located on the second floor and is situated in the middle of the complex overlooking the pool and the view of Tampa Bay. This is the BEST VIEW OF THE COMPLEX! If you have a boat you want to bring, no worries, you could reserve a boat slip and trailer parking right on this property! Advanced application required.
Our stay in this condo was absolutely amazing! The condo was well stocked with many extra’s from kitchen appliances and spices, welcome book with great info, to pool and beach accessories. Lillian was wonderful to work with. She contacted us upon arrival to verify we were satisfied. The view from the balcony overlooking to pool and bay was beautiful. The breathtaking beaches were within minutes from the condo! We will definitely be planning another vacation in your condo. Thanks Lillian!

Well located condo, great view, five minutes from fort De Soto beaches, peacefull and secure environment, sympathetic owners, restaurants at walking distance, that's wath you get and more if you stay in the well renovated Garcià's piece of paradise. we recommend the location to relatives and Friends. This was our third stay in this lovely condo in paradise! The Garcia's offer a fully updated and beautifully decorated condo that is kept immaculate! How fortunate to be able to wake each day and see the amazing views of the bay. Have coffee on the dock and watch the sunrise, relax by the pool, meet the neighbors Thursday for Rock on the Dock, stroll the beautiful beaches at Fort DeSoto and return for the amazing sunsets. The listing description was very accurate and the view from this second floor condo could not be better. It includes the heated pool and a view of Tampa Bay. The kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for and need. The property of the compound is very well maintained as is the pool and hot tub. The condo itself is clean and modern. It has been upgraded very tastefully. You could not ask for better owners in Lillian and Raymond Garcia. Communication with them is excellent and they are very helpful. The location is great for biking, bird watching, beaching and picnicking. It is in a quiet area so you don't get the traffic and noise that you would find in St. Petersburg. Fort de Soto Park is beautiful with lots to see and wonderfully clean beaches. We took the ferry to Egmont Key and that was very worthwhile. The bike trails are safe and numerous and you can easily bike to the park from the condo. As for restaurants, we thoroughly enjoyed The Island Grill. We also found many other restaurants not far away in St. Petersburg which were good as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
Condo is comfortable, well-stocked and well-maintained and clean. It is in a quiet location convenient to beaches and Fort DeSoto Park. The owners are accessible and helpful. Well-kept landscaping, pool and hot tub, and club house as well as view of birds and dolphins in the Gulf from the balcony. We've rented in various locations in St. Petersburg but this is our favorite place to stay.
Holiday Island is located in Tierra Verde, Florida, a charming peninsula leading to Fort de Soto Park, voted many times #1 beach in America! There are beautiful trails for biking, rollerblading, or walking or running with beautiful bay landscapes and an opportunity for birdwatching, dolphin and manatee watching as well. Saint Petersburg beach is a about 3 miles away! The property has on-site tennis courts, basketball courts, a car wash station, washer/dryer station, clubhouse, gas grills and picnic area, children's playground, swimming pool and jacuzzi as well as boat trailer parking, when available. Bring your kayak or canoe and enjoy the calmness of the Bay along the mangroves.
