Exquisite Two Story Modern Home: Beautifully furnished with top of the line designer furnishings. A quiet and gated compound a stroll away from Rodeo Drive, shops and restaurants just above Beverly Hills Hotel north of Sunset Blvd. There are two master suites; one on each floor. Family room with fire place; a combined living and dining room opens up to a beautiful serene grassy backyard with a wall of bi-foling doors bringing the outside in. White stone flooring throughout the house on the first floor and mahogany wood floors on the second floor. Modern Italian kitchen and baths. Stainless steel appliances. Subzero refrigerator. All rooms equipped with new Samsung smart TVs.

Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and balcony. Laundry room on second floor. Very bright and quiet; skylights throughout the house. Outdoor fireplace and seating area.

About Ensieh

I am an architect with a masters degree in Architecture from UCLA. I designed and built this house for myself and my two daughters and have put a tremendous amount of love, care and personal attention into it. I am delighted to make it available for the fist time to travelers from all over the world during their stay in Beverly Hills.

The villa was exactly as expected. Furniture in great condition, beds very comfortable. Big sunny fully equipped kitchen. Safe and quite neighborhood.

My family had the most wonderful, week-long stay at this gorgeous home. It was bright, clean, airy and super spacious with beautiful, relaxing grounds. It is ideally located near all LA has to offer. And Ensieh was a delight to work with. We hope to return to this magical home soon!

Relaxing Family Reunion!

We spent 5 nights from 2/17-2/22 in Ensieh's beautiful home. Even though our stay fell during the worse storms that Southern California had experienced in years, we still had a great time!

There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was a perfect gathering spot for everyone and the home has plenty of TVs and closet space. It was great to have an attached garage to come right into the kitchen during the heavy rains. The beds were all very comfy and the bathrooms were also quite luxurious. If only we would have been able to use the outdoor space.....

Maybe next trip!

The location is also quite convenient to all of the restaurants and shopping in Beverly Hills.

Total relaxation!

My family came for a week in LA as we did last year and we stayed at this house in Philly Hills for the second time. The first time we totally enjoyed it and my husband and kids went and ran around and did what they wanted to do and I enjoy the peace and quiet of the house. I really enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen. Laying in the backyard with the book enjoying the sunshine it was phenomenal. Home to snow.

The most perfect rental

We stayed here for 6 weeks with our 3 kids and our dog while renovating nearby. It was clean, pristine, and quite honestly made our transition seamless which is quite the feat with three small kids. It's chic and minimal which easily allowed us to make it our own. Nothing worse than clutter. I cannot recommend it more highly.
