A guest bedroom located on the main level is perfect for those who don't handle stairs so well, and with access to the full bathroom with walk-in shower also on the main level, they're all set.
Going down the stairs, you arrive at the family room/den, with another flat screen TV, and plenty of seating. You can access the pool deck from here, where pool and jetted spa await.
The master bedroom features a king bed with matching nightstands and lamps and the from here a glass sliding door opens up to the pool deck. The en suite bathroom features a jetted tub, separate shower, a his and hers vanity/sink as well as a separate toilet, and a large walk-in closet.
