This luxury modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and apartment sleeps 6 people

Augusta apartment is located in the popular family resort of Vilamoura and backs onto the world famous Millennium Golf Course and is within easy proximity to all the wonderful world class golf and splendid beaches that the Algarve offers. All 3 bedrooms are fully furnished to the highest standard and are fully air-conditioned during the summer months or heated during the cooler months. Whether at the splendid marina, the prestigious golf courses or the colourful and diverse shopping area, Vilamoura has everything you could ask for, including tranquility and good taste. As the largest apartment in the block the Apartment itself benefits from an all round terrace including front, side and rear meaning sunshine throughout the day . It also features a good sized outdoor pool at the rear which is shared by only 12 apartments. A maid service is included with fresh bed linen & towels provided for guests staying for 14 nights or more. If you are travelling with a baby we have 2 travel cots available for you to use free of charge if you require and a Little Tikes baby seat for feeding that can be strapped to a chair.

Amenities: Vilamoura is the heartbeat of the Algarve, with many activities to try, a must is wild Dophin watching, venture out by boat (speed boat for the adrenalin Junkies!) and watch in awe of one of the most beautiful mammals on the planet. These trips can be booked from Vilamoura Marina (a 5 minute car journey from our apartment). Also visit one of the biggest Aqua Parks in Europe for fun and relaxation, located just 10 mins drive away.

The Marina waterfront is huge, and great for wandering around day or night. From here a number of boats, including The Condor de Vilamoura, run excursions along the coast towards Lagos and beyond. Big game fishing is also available. A boat chartered from Vilamoura in 1993 caught the world's largest recorded black marlin - 737kg and 3.65m long! It's displayed on the dockside.

Either side of the marina are sandy beaches with several cafes and bars. Vilamoura is especially popular with sports enthusiasts due to its excellent facilities.

ACCOMODATION: The kitchen that leads to the rear terrace is fully equipped with a washing machine / dishwasher / fridge freezer / gas & electric cooker / microwave / dining table seating 6 people, Juicer. The living/dining room includes 2 leather sofas, Flatscreen TV, Bluetooth speaker to play music, 2 double

patio doors, an indoor dining table (seating 6 people)and a satellite TV installed (Freeview). There are also a selection of books and games and childrens toys eg buckets and spade etc. For the hotter & colder months there is a top of the range Samsung Heating & Air conditioning units fitted in the living room and all 3 bedrooms - these units which were fitted in 2011 are serviced annually. The lounge/dining room leads to the 2nd Terrace that surrounds the apartment with its own table/cushioned seating lounge area and gives you all day sunshine.


The master bedroom suite has a king size double bed with en-suite bathroom, this includes a double wardrobe with full length mirror and chest of draws. The other 2 rooms are twin bedded and include a wardrobe and chest of draws, these share a main shower room/toilet & Sink, with one twin room backing onto and with access to the large rear Terrace area.

Terrace / Utilities & Swimming Pool: There are front and rear terraces for entertaining with both areas capturing the sun throughout the day. The larger rear terrace includes a BBQ and seating for 6 people and 6 sun loungers – perfect for sunbathing and entertaining. The veranda is gated so safe for children, and theres a box full of toys for children to enjoy, including rackets, balls, bucket & Spade, inflatables for the pool and board games for all the family, feel free to use all we ask is you return them to the apartment each day .

UTILITIES: Washing machine, Dish Washer, Iron, Ironing board, Microwave, hairdryer etc.

OUTSIDE: Swimming pool, Private terrace surrounding the apartment, wooden garden furniture including seating for 6 persons located on the rear terrace + 6 sun loungers for guests usage on the balcony or around the pool + patio table and chairs situated on the front patio.


Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided free of charge, we request that you bring your own beach towels alternatively feel free to use the towels provided and use the washing machine in the apartment to wash . The linen will be changed for guests staying 14 nights or more.

If travelling with a baby, there are 2 travel cots available for you to use free of charge if you require, along with a Little Tikes baby seat for feeding that can be strapped to one of the dining chairs.

If you require a starter pack waiting for you on your arrival eg. bread, butter, cheese, meat, beverages etc this can also be arranged, we just need a minimum of 5 days notice before your arrival date. There is no charge for this service.


Check-in to the apartment is after 4pm and check-out of the apartment is 10am. Although providing we don’t have any bookings checking in or out on your arrival or departure dates we’re happy for you to check in earlier or out later that day if you require at no extra cost – this will need to be confirmed in advance and we will be able to confirm this closer to your departure date.

Augusta apartment is just a 20 minute drive from Faro International Airport with flights operating daily. Vilamoura Marina is a 5 minute drive away with the nightlife of Albufeira again only a 5 minute drive away. For the golfers amongst you Augusta Apartment is perfectly placed for all the main golf courses on the Algarve including Laguna, Pinhal, Old Course, with the Millennium and the Victoria course designed by Arnold Palmer just a 5 minute walk away. If you like beautiful beaches, romantic sunsets and great food, you will not be disappointed. Being based here will allow you to not only enjoy this lovely apartment but be close to all the major attractions on the Algarve.

We visited this beautiful apartment with our three young children in Feb 18, it is well located and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and hassle free. It is very spacious and exceptionally clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely apartment in quiet location. Only about 7 mins drive to Vilamoura marina. Would definitely recommend and love to return. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and very quick at replying.

Wonderful holidays in Vilamoura

We had a splendid time with the kids at Gill's lovely apartment.

Very clean and spatious, and in a quite location. The appartment is very close to the beautiful beaches from the algarve, about 5 min. to the marina and 15 min. to Albufeira. (btw: you will surely need a car)

The communication with the owner was excellent.

I certainly would recommand this apartment.

Great apartment.

We had a great week staying at Vilamoura and the apartment. A spacious apartment with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Situated on the golf course with lovely green surroundings and swimming pool. Booking and communications with the owner were brilliant and I would highly recommend a stay here. A short drive from the marina and it's fantastic restaurants and only 15 minutes to Albufeura. I would recommend a car. I would definitely visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean apartment. We were 5 adults and a baby girl of 1 yr and it was perfect for our needs. Shared pool but very quiet with some very nice neighbours, who loaned us inflatables for the baby. Felt very safe and homely with plenty of space for us all, air conditioning and wifi. Gill supplied us with all the info we needed to maximise our enjoyment of our stay in Vilamoura and the housekeeper supplied a welcome pack on request. Would definitely recommend a car although we managed for a week with taxis.

Augusta Apartment is located on th groundfloor and is set in the beautiful surroundings of Millennium Golf Course, with the fantastic Vilamoura Marina a short 5 minute drive away, here you will find a wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants and is one of the more beautiful locations in the Algarve to watch the sunset. The nearest main tourist beach is Falesia Beach which is a 10 minute drive away, and has a wide range of water sport activities on hand to entertain. Alternatively there are some fantastic smaller more intimate beaches located closer by, including Quateria Beach (be sure to check out Puro Beach resort whilst you're there) and Marinah Beach which is considered by the Michelin Guide as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe and as one of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world. In addition there are 'worth a visit' markets in Quateria & Loule only a short drive away, the City of Portimao only a 30 minute drive away and the party town of Albufeira just 10mins drive away. Augusta Apartment is the perfect location to experience all the wonders of the Algarve, with the apartment itself being a quiet, private oasis to retreat to.

Golf: Augusta apartment faces the 14th Green / fairway on the world famous Millennium Golf Course and is within 5/10 minutes walk to the first tee and Club House which also includes a highly recommended Bar/Restaurant. It is within easy proximity to all of the wonderful world class golf that the Algarve offers including Laguna, Pinhal, Old Course, Millennium and the Victoria Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer (which faces the Millennium Golf Course and is also only a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment).
