3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room with open kitchen, 3 terraces

The size of the house is 84 m2 and it has modern furnishings. The comfortable kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer and much more. The house is fully air conditioned. (Heat / cool).

On one of the 3 terraces there is an outdoor grill. Garden furniture is available in plenty. VoIP telephone with German phone number and Wireless DSL Internet available for free. The house is fenced, so that privacy is preserved. The 8 x 4 m large pool with 2 terraces with loungers is at your personal disposal.

Landscape: Las Alpujarras, the 80 x 30 km large area, lies between the National Park Sierra Nevada and the Mediterranean Sea. Characteristic are rugged landscapes, beautiful valleys, streams and deep gorges. The picture perfect weather of the south prevails here. In Alpujarras is The Andalusian Sierras, which is impressive with the contrasting beauty of its landscape, the varied differences in altitude and the formation of its charming villages. And there is also a myth and evil legend woven around unwanted highway robbers, which made up some real robbery episodes in the neighbourhood.

Shopping: Shopping facilities are there in Orgiva (about 4 miles) and once a week is market day in Orgiva, where there are fresh vegetables directly from local farmers and much more, there is also a small mom-and-pop store in the town of Tablones where the farm is located. Almost directly in front of the door, a car comes once a week with fresh bread, eggs, fish and even a Family-Frost car.

Activities: Popular sightseeing includes: Sierra Nevada, Granada, the whitewashed villages of the Alpujarras, hams from Trevelez - the highest village in Spain, caves of Nerja, horseback riding, swimming, fishing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, skiing, ATV and motorcycle tours, and much more. Especially for youth there are two nightclubs and an open- air disco in Orgiva.

In summer there are often open-air fiestas that take place in the surrounding towns and villages. There is cool wine and beer with tapas here.

Live bands play here often and the atmosphere is just great. Also, there are flamenco dancers, songs with Spanish guitar music, sangria and tapas.

Spacious villa with swimming pool and great views over surrounding hills

Great location in rural south Spain on edge of Sierra Nevada but only about 30 minutes drive from coast and beaches. Owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable five day stay in the villa which had excellent facilities.

Fabulous

After being greeted at a pre-arranged meeting place, we were taken through the village of Los Tablones to a beautiful villa high on the mountain edge. Immediately, we were taken back by its perfect location. The villa itself, was spotless with everything we could possibly need. There were so many different places to sit and admire the scenery, that we had names for each terrace. There was also 2 BBQ areas and a lovely pool. This place truly became our home for 8 days and touched our hearts. Orgiva is a 10 minute car ride away but the quiet location of this villa made it all the more special. I would highly recommend it and we plan to return again soon. Thankyou Mr and Mrs Hamacher

A VERY NICE HOLIDAY DESTINATION

We were met at a pre-arranged meeting point and taken to the property.On arrival we were given a very warm welcome by both of the owner's and taken on a tour of the property.There is everything that you need for a very comfortable stay with a very well equipped kitchen.

The only thing that i would have liked would have been some English speaking channels on the t.v. But there again they may not have many english speaking visitor's.

Nothing was too much trouble for the owner's and i would stay there again if i were to visit the area again.

Erholung pur!

Von Anfang Januar bis Mitte März haben wir einen erholsamen Urlaub bei Angelika und Peter verbracht. Ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft hat viel dazu beigetragen, das wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl fühlten. Sie haben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht und für die Hilfsbereitschaft in diversen Angelegenheiten sagen wir nochmals DANKE. An die Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche, Teilnahme an Musikveranstaltungen, die wir zusammen unternommen haben, denken wir sehr gerne zurück.

Die Ruhe, die angenehme Umgebung, der Blick auf den Ort und die schneebedeckten Berge haben uns jeden Tag fasziniert. Wir waren mit unserem Auto dort, somit war die Distanz für die wunderschönen Touren zum Meer, an der Küste entlang und in die Berge kein Problem.

Das geräumige, sauber und gepflegte Haus war gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

Auf den drei Terrassen mit Gartenmöbel und Grill haben wir und unsere Hündin Jenny jeden Sonnenstrahl genossen.

Dankeschön Angelika und Peter für die schöne Zeit, gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Bilder sind ja ganz nett, aber

dieses Haus muss man mal live gesehen und erlebt haben.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen dort zwei traumhafte Urlaubswochen verbringen zu dürfen. Die Lage am Hang ist ja schon mal traumhaft, der Blick auf das Tal und auf die Sierra Nevada macht die ganze Sache dann schon perfekt.

Der Platz im Haus reicht locker für vier Personen, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool, den man alleine nutzen kann, ist schön groß und sauber. Auf den beiden Terrassen kann man je nach Tageszeit die Sonne genießen und einfach mal abschalten.

Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist die Lage auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt, ob nun ans Meer oder in die Berge, alles ist binnen kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Alles was man zum täglichen Leben brauch, kann man in Orgiva einkaufen. Den Ort erreicht man mit dem Auto in gut zehn Minuten. Die größeren Wochenmärkte an der Küste sind auch nur etwa eine Stunde weg und sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Vermieter nicht vergessen. Wir haben leider nur Peter kurz kennen gelernt.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, haben Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen, wo man einkaufen kann, in welcher Bar es die besten Tapas gibt. Wenn wir ihn nicht gesucht haben, dann hat man auch gar nicht gemerkt, dass noch jemand das Haus bewohnt.

Man kann eigentlich nur sagen, dass wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in einem traumhaften, top gepflegten, super ausgestatteten Haus verbracht haben, der Vermieter ein feiner Kerl ist und zwei Wochen mal wieder zu kurz waren.

Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen wollen und können dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen !

Nochmals vielen Dank für zwei Wochen Erholung bei Euch.
