After many years of traveling to Panama City Beach and renting different condos on VRBO we decided to purchase this condo. We own this condo and another at The Summit, which is a one bedroom (sleeps 6) in PCB. We bought this property in 2013, but we have been renting our other VRBO (#54156) property for 15 years with very favorable reviews. We just recently bought another condo at The Summit (VRBO # 790919) which is a one bedroom and sleeps 6. You can trust that the property is as advertised and that you will be treated fairly.

We are both pharmacists and know that with stressful careers everyone needs some R & R and fun. This little piece of paradise is our "let your hair down and relax" place and we know it will be yours, too.

Master on the Gulf is breath-taking! This is one of the largest balconies overlooking the gulf and an 'End' unit(which is larger); so, you can see for miles and miles. There is nothing like waking to the sound of sea gulls and waves! Enjoy frozen drinks?We recommend the liquor store across the street. Many complexes do not provide on-site grills because of insurance issues. This is a very nice amenity and gas fueled; so, you don't have to buy charcoal and lighter fluid. Also, not many complexes provide a steam room, sauna and heated pool. This makes the complex very usable year round! We provide 2 Ergonomic aluminum lightweight loungers with openings for reading face down; so, you don't have to worry about those hard-sitting wood beach chairs that you get splinters on. Also, we provide a large beach umbrella and some beach toys. Parking is painless- right under the condos or in a garage across the street with a covered walkway; so, you are not walking a mile to get to your condo like some complexes. One complaint you hear from vacationers at other complexes is the slow elevators. This is not the case at Ocean Villa. Our condo is on the 13th floor, which is just high enough so you can appreciate the awesome view and still enjoy the quietness to only hear the sea gulls and waves-not beach noises below. Great location inside and out. Since we own this one condo, you are not exposed to a cookie cutter arrangement driven by the management companies. We sincerely want you to have a great time and are open to making things better for you. You are so close to Wal-Mart and other businesses that you can walk. Location, LOCATION, Location! Well maintained and clean complex and condo! Beautiful tropical grounds.

We are seasoned landlords and aim to please you so your vacation is special and you will desire to return year after year with us. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Spacious condo with lovely views

My family of four and my aunt and uncle (total of 6 guests) recently stayed at Ocean Villa. We found the condo to be spacious and well appointed. It was tastefully decorated and felt homey. We were very pleased with the condo and the rental price. There was an issue with the air conditioning we noticed on our first day there, but the owners were very responsive and had a repairman out quickly. The issue was easily resolved and did not affect the quality of our stay. The condo is conveniently located close to walmart and various restaurants.

Needs improvement !

Building needs better SECURITY....spring breakers pulling fire alarms constantly!!!!!

Owner's Response: I'm sorry you had problems with the Spring break people. This was the first time we have had issues like this. I was on a conference call yesterday with the Board of Directors during which these issues were discussed and addressed. Additional security has been hired for the remainder of spring break and additional measures were taken to tighten security throughout the year. I don't rent to students at spring break but other owners do. Unfortunately, some of these guests are seriously lacking in maturity.

My month on the beach.

I stayed for 28 days at this unit in October. The weather was great, the unit is great, well stocked with everything you will need. The owners were very nice to work with. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to spend some great time at the beach at a reasonable rate. I did not rate this as a 5 star because the last week there the building was being repainted and the pools and hot tub were blocked off. You had to use the public access to get to the beach. They even had the balcony closed off so that you could not walk out on the balcony to view the beach and ocean. That being said, the owners had nothing to do with that. It was just bad timing, luckily I had 3 weeks prior of an excellent time.

This property is clean and owners are very easy to work with. Each time I emailed the owners I had a reply within half an hour and my deposit was returned within a week. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, warm, home felt condo. We really enjoyed the marvelous view from this 13th floor end unit. It was a comfortable stay & the condo was equipped with everything you would need. We can't wait to return next year.
