About Owner / Property Manager

I've used VRBO frequently, so when I bought this property, I knew what guests were looking for. I spent months renovating the insides to open it up for entertaining with 40' flat screen TVs, FULL kitchens and granite countertops. Brand new furnishings in all 6 units with high quality king beds, couches so you don't wake up with a sore back or slide to the center of the couch. Wifi and flat screens in each bdrm allow you to escape and relax.

A car is really optional when you consider that the property is located within walking distance from everything you could possibly want. Addionally there is the Jolly Trolley and the free beach ride service to get you to places a little farther away.

Great location, perfect spot for a long weekend

Mr. Wall has a great spot just a block off the coast. Great place to stay for a long weekend and just relax. The only thing that could have made it better would be if they had a roof top deck to watch the evening thunderstorms.

Excellent place to stay! Plenty of space for a couple. All the amenities of home, especially the fully equiped kitchen. No need to eat out, you have everything you need here, you just need to buy groceries! Very comfortable king size bed, two flat screen TVs, open floor plan so you don't feel cramped. Overall a quiet location, but yet right on Gulf Blvd. Less than one block walk to the beach. Plenty of towels and linens. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and kids beach toys for you to use. Many restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend these condos to our friends and family, and we will definitely stay here again for future trips to St Pete. Thank you to the owners for providing an amazing place to stay for a great price!
