The Free Beach Ride is a taxi service that works on gratuities only, so there is really no need for a car. There is NO other hamlet with quicker access to the beach via I-275 and the Bayway. About Owner / Property Manager

I've used VRBO frequently, so when I bought this property, I knew what guests were looking for. I spent months renovating the insides to open it up for entertaining with 40' flat screen TVs, FULL kitchens and granite countertops. Brand new furnishings in all 6 units with high quality king beds, couches so you don't wake up with a sore back or slide to the center of the couch. Wifi and flat screens in each bdrm allow you to escape and relax.

because there are only 6 units, privacy is guaranteed for the romantics or reunions or families could rent the entire building ! A car is really optional when you consider that the property is located within walking distance from everything you could possibly want. Addionally there is the Jolly Trolley and the free beach ride service to get you to places a little farther away.

Best St Pete Beach Condos

I have now stayed here three years in a row and will never stay anywhere else. The condos are spacious and extremely clean. A complimentary washer and dryer is available on property. The bed is so comfortable I could have made a vacation just sleeping and napping. Up to date, comfortable furnishings; not what look to be leftovers from someone's great aunt's garage sale. The only household items you need to bring is a hairdryer and your beach towels. The best sand on the island is just across the street on a semi-private beach. Gorgeous! To the people who complain about the notes: if your a normal person who has any amount of respect for other people's things, you'll read them once and probably not notice them again. The owner does an excellent job maintaining the property. This is a great home away from home. Love it here!

We had a lovely mini vacation in St. Pete Beach. The condo was immaculate and had all the basic necessities. We had breakfast every morning in the condo and ate the rest of our meals out. Lots to do and see in the area. It is a walkable neighborhood. A great getaway.

Owner's Response: thanks so much for the kinds words. Im so glad you enjoyed your stay. The noise on Gulf blvd cannot be avoided anywhere as it's the main beach road. So to get as close to the beach as possible without staying ON the beach and paying those prices, the noise will be there. But again, that would be the same with any property. The good news is that the noise quiets down after dinner and the bedrooms of the condos are all in the back of the building which is very quiet. The other bit of good news is that they are finally going to put in a pedestrian cross walk at my corner !! So the traffic will not only be slowed to a crawl in front of my property but it will be so much more quiet because of the reduced speed .... thanks again

Fantastic place only a short walk from the beach

This place is a great place to stay in St Pete beach. I met the owner and he was very helpful with information. The apartment was very clean and while it was on a main road the bedroom was at the back so we didnt hear any traffic noise (the road was not that busy anyway). It was within walking distance of walgreens, publix and some of the best beach bars in town. Bonus points - we saw dolphins every morning while doing our beach walks.

Conveniently located with everything you need

I loved my stay! It was right across the street from beach access and in a not-so-crowded area. Publix is right down the street, as are several great restaurants. The beach chairs were not in great shape and were not really usable, but I didn't find I needed or missed them during my stay.

It was great to be able to head over to the beach in the morning, then walk back to the condo to get a cool drink and eat lunch, then head right back to the beach. And, as a woman staying there by myself, I felt very safe. The price was really reasonable considering proximity to the beach and amenities available. I'd definitely stay here again!
